Great spot across the street from the beach , they have there own beach chairs, family run very nice .had a late dinner in dinning room , looks like they had to run out and buy tge ingredients for our meal , dinner was exceptional. Easy walk in the boardwalk to town centre , lots of dinning options , fresh seafood everywhere.
The only draw back is the bed mattresses have had there day and need to be retired.The bathrooms need some new caulking in the shower. Parking is anywhere on the street but there is parking on the strip. Beware the bar next door has live bands that don,t start untill 11pm and run till 1am. So you will not sleep until after 1am

This hotel is not really suitable for a stay in January! Fully appreciat3 that we are all affected by covid but there were few faxiliti3s availabl3 at the hotel...we were the only couple visiting so all felt very out of season. The staff 9n duty did their best but hotel felt very empty and no sense of good management around. The water remained cold for shower even if you ran taps for ages (and despite nitices telling 6ou not to waste water(!) There wasno bzr open and no restaurant...long walk to closest restzuurant which was good but long and chilly walk back, The bedroom was clean and bed made early after our first night but would suggest a light air freshener to disguise the rather musty smell on entry. The saving gace of this hotel is the fantastic sea view and closeness to fabulous sandy beach. I am quite sure that this hotel would be spectaculzr during the summer season but would not recommend a stay in winter...at l3ast not whilst Covid still puts a damper on things. We would make particular mention pof young Francesca who did her best to speak English and made contactvspeedily after I realised I had left my phone in the b3droom
Hot water system neds sorting for winter months...small bar could be open for littl3 while during the ev3ning and shoild be made clear on booking if no r3staurant open during the evening.

The breakfast is poor. There are no variety of food. The AC's room seemed to be switched off, in fact we had to turn on the fan.
