Hotel San Pancrazio

The hotel is very cute from the outsite, very charming. Also the staff from the bar outside is very kind. The rooms are not the best but i think its totally compatible with the price. Beds are surprisely confortable and also good and new bathroom/shower. The breakfast was also good.

It would be good to have an air conditioning since its summer time, instead of a very old fan. But as I said, the facilities of the hotel are still very compatible with the price. Also, the breakfast area table could be a little bit more clean. The buffet was clearly not cleaned once since the begining of the service.

The beds were wide and comfy, and the shower had a lot of pressure behind it. Nice staff, OK location for us - 20min drive from the airport, away from the busy city, view on the hills.

We had an early flight, so requested a breakfast-box, which turned out to be a bag with some food in it. But the food was no real food at all, all junk food, so we had to throw it all away, as we don't eat food like that. Maybe it's a good idea to ask the guests what they'd like to have in their bag, as this was a waste of the products, as they ended up in the garbage..... The other thing we didn't like was the fact that there is a huge 4G and 5G cell phone tower literally in the backyard of the hotel. And for people sensitive to those things, this hotel is not a good place to stay. We enjoyed our comfy room, but fall into the category "radiation sensitive", so for us this one is a one time stay. But overall, nice staff, nice hotel, and good rooms.

The hotel was close to the venue for the event that we needed to attend so the location was ideal for us. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was very good and they kept replenishing food and drinks until the end time (some places stop doing this earlier so if you get there close to the end time you don't have much left - not the case here). There's a beautiful seating area outside and plenty of parking for the cars. On that note, we had a car so it was easy to reach the hotel from the airport - not sure how this would be done with public transportation.

We requested a double bed and this was confirmed as accepted. However, on arrival we were informed that only twin beds were available. It's not a deal breaker but it would be better if the request was not accepted if it cannot be guaranteed.

The hotel is lovely and beautiful. We spent there one night on the way to Milano. We were a group of two moms and three kids. As we understood it’s a balneo-spa hotel. The inner yard is very beautiful, with big parking area, and kids zone, as well as the tables under the trees. We had two rooms. The beds were very good, as well as pillows. The shower was perfect, with big tropical can. The breakfast was also good with plenty of food. It was very pleasant stay. Thank you.

No air condition. We knew about its absence when we booked the hotel, so it hasn’t surprised us. But pay attention if it is important for you.

The breakfast was appropriate. Not spectacular, but very good. The rooms and common areas were updated and very clean. The beds were very good and comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice. They offered espresso whenever you asked and it was very good.

It was hot. Being from the US I am not used to rooms not having AC. The "SPA" services should be available to the hotel guests without having to get a medical prescription and making separate arrangements. There should be something done about screens on the windows or mosquito control if there is no AC

The hotel is quite pretty with a lot of personality on the outside, the grounds are large, green and well kept. Inside it's very clean, furnishings in the room are good and everything is new or very well maintained. There is a beautiful terrace in the inner courtyard, they don't serve there but it's open to use provided you bring your own drinks and they were kind enough to provide us with glasses upon request.

The breakfast was rather disappointing, there is no buffet (because of corona i imagine) so you fill out a form with what you would like - however there is little variety and "luxuries" like an omelet are not part of the included breakfast and cost extra which just feels cheap. I would have rather paid more for the room and have the feeling that the hotel is actually interested in offering a good breakfast, rather than feeling like they're milking me for 5 more euros. Serving staff in the restaurant also don't speak english.

The hotel is just 15 minutes away from BGY airport, the surrounding areas are very nice, and nature is all over the place. Trescore Balneario Is in a ver strategic location where you can plan super nice day road trips, even to Switzerland

I liked everything!

The breakfast was good, and all the staff was very helpful especially the receptionist and the administration were very helpful and speak good English. Moreover the hotel is situated in quiet area surrounded with green area.

In our rooms there wasn't Ac and in particular room the bathroom shower tray wasn't covered doors or a curtain

They arranged a taxi to take me to the airport on a Sunday morning. Nice scenery, the garden is very nice. The bathroom was relatively large as compared to the ones from other places where I stayed in Italy.

I had mosquitoes in the room that I had to hunt to get some sleep. I had a breakfast in a box, to go, which was rather poor, some biscuits, jam, chocolate and water. A fridge in the room would be appreciated.
