Property is beautiful to take pictures. It was clean, and the staff were very nice. Bathroom and room was immaculate. Prime location close to everything beach, restaurants, night life, tours and everything. A really family with their own food truck comes and serve breakfast for guest. Real authentic Jamaican dishes.

Internet barely work and when it did I had to be on the balcony. The cable didn't work. The room doesn't have an iron and when asked it came the following day in the afternoon when I wasn't there to use it. Needs renovation.

Hillview at Mystic Ridge is very well located in Ocho Rios, it has a nice pool and clean rooms. The guys working at the pool bar are great and really took care of us when having dinner there.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed when we were there so no breakfast was available.

The rooms are basic, but comfortable with nice balconies from which the ocean is visible. Rooms also have a microwave, fridge and kettle which I appreciated. The best part of the stay was their driver Charles who was extremely reliable and knowledgable. As a single female traveller, it was a boon to have him and I could cover quite a few things because of that. The hotel is a 10-15 minute drive from the Knutsford Express stop in Drax hall and they can arrange a pick-up/drop. One can even enjoy the Turtle river park nearby.

I wish they had a restaurant on site, especially for dinner. However, a food truck comes every morning with affordable delicious breakfast. They have also placed the menus and contact details of other restaurants in the room which do deliver food.

I stayed here for 2 days as I was on a short trip to Jamaica. On the 1st morning we got breakfast which is served between 7 a.m - 10 a.m. However on the 2nd morning we went for breakfast around 8:15. When we got there no one came to us until about 10 mins a young lady came and told us that the breakfast wasn't ready and that the chef came late but they had egg and bread available (which I don't eat). I asked her how long will the breakfast take to be ready and she said about 20 minutes since it was going to be boiled dumplings, green bananas, baked beans with sausages. My boyfriend and I told her we will come back when it's ready. We left and came back about 40 minutes later. When we got back another young lady came out to inform us that the breakfast is not ready but that they had egg and bread. I told her that I don't eat egg and that I was there already and was told that the breakfast would be ready in about 20 minutes. Cut the story short, THEY TRIED TO PLAYED US knowing damn well no one was preparing any breakfast so instead they had already planned to offer people egg and bread. To make matters worst when we asked the young lady when will the breakfast be ready and what is it that they are preparing hence the reason for the wait. She was like "green bananas with baked bean and sausage" so I said but the other young lady had said the same and we left for a good 40 minutes and came back to a different story. HOW LONG DOES GREEN BANANAS TAKE TO BOIL?????? #LOSERS

The staff was great and the room was nice. I was offered an upgraded room with kitchen facilities. The location of the hotel was AMAZING. Restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping areas were all within walking distance, and the pool was gorgeous. Very peaceful location. I do recommend

The hill heading to the rooms is pretty steep lol We had pull-out furniture that was broken.

I loved that the pool was open until late, the room was very nice, and clean for the most part. Our view was relaxing and beautiful, it was open while still allowing privacy. The room had all the emenities I expected to see, warm water, sufficient towels needed, microwave and kettle and they provided some tea things.

I couldnt any room that offered me the option of one bed. It was always two small beds in the room. Maybe the check out time is a little two early, especially when I couldnt check in any earlier than 3pm. I think the ac might have needed to be cleaned, my partner was there for about 30 minutes under the ac and started to get stuffy, after we turned it off and went out, came back, he was alright again.

Microwave stop working after the first night and most of the light didn't have bulbs. My husband is 6'5 and he kept hitting his head..

When I 1st arrived, there was an error in communication, but the gentleman at the desk handled it very very well. I was a little upset, and give sm attitude. He was so humble about the situation, and did not show any anger...so professional!! The situation was fixed n the stay went well.. jus disappointed there was nowhere to buy food on the premises, and was a little frustrating that during a lockdown we could not get anything to eat. Would be nice if the hotel at least provided snacks and drinks that we could have bought. Especially during lockdown and curfew times

The internet was a bit of and issues. However when I spoke to the attendant, which by the way is awesome. He said that that issue could have been resolved if I had brought it to his attention earlier.

I liked the staff very much they were very patient and kind , the food at the bar was also good and location is very convenient for ppl like myself that don’t have a vehicle for its not a long walk to the town also the outside of the property is beautiful.

I didn’t like that the furniture and amenities weren’t modern/updated as well as the television in my room didn’t work also to an extent the room didn’t look like the pictures I thought it was bigger tbh.
