The room is spacious, there is a small equipped kitchen and a laundry machine. The location is good, close to the central train/bus station. This place has virtual staff, we were a bit worried about it in the beginning but they were available to assist us and answered quickly.

No elevator and no luggage storage upon check out, but the staff did allow us an extra hour upon check out and that was nice and appreciated. The apartment is "smart" - but the instruction are in Japanese only, we would highly recommend the staff to translate to English at least the important functions such as "how to turn on hot water" and "how to use the dryer".

One of the best apartment I have stayed so far. Love the lightings in the room. It makes the whole room very cozy and comfortable. Very considerate of them to provide sliding doors to close up the kitchen area. Although unmanned reception, the response to our messages was pretty fast. The kitchen equipment is easy to use and they provide disposable kitchen towels so that it's easy for us to clean up after used.

Could have been better if they have a concierge for storage of luggage before check in time. We had to store our luggage at the train station as we arrived early. No other negative feedback about this apartment.

Spacious for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable. Had a washing machine which we used and dried our laundry out in the bathroom using the dry mode and it was all dried out the next morning.

It was abit cold without the heater on. We didnt know where to on for hot water at the wash basin and only realised that hot water had to be on inside the bathroom.

It is a 5-minute walk from Beppu Station in a good and quiet neighborhood.

We were not informed that there is no elevator facility. A little problem with weight luggage. It is better to provide a small elevator to ease the use of stairs. It is better to inform room availability with its level.

Close to the Beppu station (west gate), 3 mins by walking. Spacious room, comfortable bed, well done cleaning. Good price for everything! I regret that I only stayed for one night, will come again if visit Beppu next time.

It was comfortable to stay at this hotel. Bedclothes were good, and the room was shaded well, so we could sleep very well.

It would be nicer if there had been a parking lot for all guests. Also, I’d be happy if the room had more clothes hangers to dry our clothes.

location, room is very nice, huge and clean. check in and out are easy.

i could hear the neighbour upstairs moving furniture and walking stomping around. it was hard to fall asleep. too many switches that leave bright lights while sleeping in the dark.

Super impressed with this hotel. It is only two stories so it doesn't have the big tall hotel vibe but it was really good and I doubt I'll book anywhere else on our next visit to Beppu. Very technologically with it too. No reception at all and we didn't see anybody else. Enter a pre-sent pin to get into the building and then checkin and receive a pin for the room. Comfy beds, kitchenette hidden behind panels, a washing machine, huge TV with netflix, hulu and youtube, free wifi AND a dining area. It was spacious too, a rarity in Japan. A short walk to the train station and shops (like 4 minutes) but not noisy at all, nestled in amongst residential houses.

My only minus is the lack of curtains. The windows have sliding Japanese panels so people can't see in or anything but they don't really block much light. Wont stop me from going back though!!

the check-in didn’t work easily. we only received the door-key code, but the display never showed us the number of the room. nobody responded on the helpline. so we had to try all the rooms until one, the right one, opened up with the number code given.

Walking distance to Beppu Station and close to the convenience store. Save a lot of time and money.

The washing machine was currently not functional.
