KOKO HOTEL Osaka Namba

The staff are very accommodating. They also respond very fast to your emails. They tried their best to give good service. This hotel is value for money, cheap yet clean and comfortable to stay even if we are family of 4. The room is small but it is clean, complete amenities in the bathroom. The location is very good, 5 to 10 minutes walk to Namba, near Ebisucho station, there is a 7-eleven infront of the hotel for your konbini run. There is a coin laundry in the hotel.

Although we arrived at the hotel quite late, there were many staff there and warmly welcome me and my friend. Moreover, the hotel provides many facilities such as laundry, ice machine, iron, etc. the most important is location. The hotel is located near Ebisucho station which easily to change the train to other stations. In addition, there is a 7/11 opposite the hotel

Personally, I don’t like the floor with carpet because it causes more dusts.

Straightforward hotel offering down-to-earth rooms. Terrace for relaxing although it appeared to be under renovation during our stay. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient location near Dotonbori district and Namba station. Affordable price.

Rooms are relatively basic although ours was pretty spacious. Bathrooms are also small, similar to pod bathrooms in other hotels and the lighting could have been better. Hotel can be noisy due to its location in a busy area.

We stayed 4 nights and everything was perfect! We enjoyed our stay and staff were super helpful and friendly. The location is near to major sites and Namba station (diredt to airport) were just few minutes walk. We were able to go Kyoto for a day trip as the location of the hotel were easily accessible.

The hotel may be small but they put a lot thought into what they could fit in the room. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was great, minus the shower curtain. The cleaning staff are amazing. It was very clean!!!

The shower curtain was starting to smell and had small spots of mould. The carpet had seen better days. It would have been nice to be able to open the window.

Staff were great, the room decor was interesting in a positive way (set it apart from other hotels). The beds were comfy and the facilities were good.

The room was smaller than average, not the cleanest as the room needed a hoovering, but overall I was really happy with it.

The rooms were spacious and it was very convenient to have a small area with a desk, as well as having other supplies like an electric kettle, cups, and slippers. The supplies in the lobby (facial wash, creams, coffee, hair brush, etc) were also very convenient. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

The hotel was a comfortable and safe 10min walk from Namba and all the amazing food and shopping available in this district. The hotel had plenty of consumables available in reception for guests use

Rooms and bathrooms in Japan are all very small to western travellers, given the density of the islands. This room was very comfortable despite being small

We had such a wonderful time staying at Koko Hotel. comfy bed and great location! Staff hospitality is top notch, always welcoming and accommodating. We need to mention wonderful staff (Kamida and Nepalese girl) that was always polite and always making sure we are care for. Thank you very much♥️

Hotel staff were very accomodating and were happy to offer advice and make calls on our behalf. The amenities "buffet" was fantastic and allowed us to pick and choose what we needed when it was required. The room was comfortable and clean and it was great value for money.

The location did feel a little out of the way and it felt like it added extra travel time to our sightseeing every day.
