Sakura Garden Hotel

Staff was amazing! They were very welcoming. I loved that. Their massage chair was OUT OF THIS WORLD. The best ever. Coffee was avaliable at the lobby. Room was clean and very comfortable. Area nearby is great! Had a fridge, microwave, TV, AC - Everything perfectly fine! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

The only DOWNSIDE it was the bed. We got a sagged bed. I was kind of sinking in it, but manage to find a position where i could stay solid and comfortable enough, but had to be careful. Good thing is that we were staying only for one night. If i had to stay for longer, i would have asked for another room, but i was fine. OH and elevator doesn't have that sensor that detects someones between doors, so watch out!

if only a daily variety of breakfast was provided. it would have been the best hotel over there. overall other than this point. it's a great hotel to stay and I would recommend it to my friends visiting Osaka.

Rooms were clean, everyday we were given new towels & sets of toiletries. We appreciated the hospitality.There were free massage chairs and coin operated washing machines & dryers. Free coffee at the restaurant.

We booked the hotel due to website indicated halal food but when we reached there & asked the staff, they said there were no halal food. Think the halal in the website should be updated so as not to confuse Muslims guests. However there were halal Indonesian restaurant & Indian restaurant at Dotonburi. We took taxi about 20mins to Dotonburi.

We stayed with family. The hotel is perhaps new and very clean. We had left our baggages before checking in and when we checked in, our baggages were brought by staff already. Regards various matters, you can feel that all staffs have sincere supports to meet our request. They are perfect.

The staff were friendly and always greeted us with kindness. They even supported us to ship our luggage to the next hotel. The hotel room was pristine, spacious and comfortable, they also do daily cleaning. They also have free massage chairs.

Nothing at all

Clean, spacious enough for the price. Love the bathroom that is independent of the room for toilet and has a body washing area. The bathtub was a good size too and you can extend your legs and relax. Not too big but they have a nice lounge and free coffee.

Very few restaurants near-by. the area is a little dark.

The room size is decent and the rooms are very clean. The staff is very helpful. The hotel is situated in a quiet area but it is fairly easy to get to the center of Osaka by public transport. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby.

The location is not very central. However, there is a train station nearby (5-10 mins walk).

Excellent staff, big room, lots of amenities, tasty breakfast, the massage chairs are a plus. Near a Loop station, you reach the attractions easily. Comfortable beds and pillows, and the ofuro is 👍 !

It would be helpful for foreign clients if someone in the staff spoke English or any Latin language.

Neat, clean, comfortable. Nice bright little room with a bath. free make your own bath salts in the lobby. we had breakfast included, buffet style, and it was excellent variety and value.

The room is bit spacious compare to the normal business hotels in Japan. I like the sliding door of the cr/shower room. Enough working table space to do some quite work.

I hope they have several choice for breakfast. Not just boxed type.
