FLEXSTAY INN Shinurayasu

Location - Hotel is located between Maihama Station (Disneyland) & Shinurayasu Station. Easy bus ride (No. 2, 4) both ways at JPY170. Free shuttle to Disneyland is available (scheduled) and free. Airport Transfer - Take the express bus to Maihama Station. Take the bus or taxi (JPY1600) Staff - Most Super friendly (compared to other hotels in Japan we stayed before). Easy communication (most speaks English). Very supportive of my spouse medical condition. Room - Decent room size for the price we paid. Have both user control heater and air condition. Nearest Malls - Shin Urayasu & Maihama stations

Near Shin-Urayasu station (3 bus stops or 15 min walk from the station), where there are many food choices. It also has free shuttle bus to Disneyland/DisneySea, but would be easier to walk 2 min to the main road to take bus 2 or 4 to reach the theme parks directly. Room was small (like a typical Japanese apartment) but had everything needed for our stay. Bathroom had a small bathtub for us to soak in after a long day at the parks.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable but not an issue. The Aircon/Heater was very drying.

It is the reason of nearby Disneyland that why u choose this hotel. Bus between Disneyland and hotel is just 20 minutes. Also there is free shuttle bus to Disneyland in the morning and back to hotel at night.

It is a little bit old but all of them will go Disneyland for whole day. The important is the bed is good for sleeping and relax so I have enough power to face the crowd Disneyland park

Not close to Disneyland. Have to take bus about 6 bus stop to reach Maihama station. The bed size is quite small compare to queen size. Slight bigger than super single bed. So too cramped for one adult and one teenager. Its clean tho and the staff is helpful.

The location and the bed.

The location was excellent. It was close to the bus stop. There's a convenient store nearby so we were able to send home our luggage through takyubin. There's also a restaurant across the convenient store which offers take away food. The hotel offers free bus ride to Disneyland. The staff was accommodating and helpful.

Location. Access to train station and convenient stores. Bus stops near hotel made it easier to get to Disneyland and Disney sea or train stations.

Not much cause you get what you paid for. It’s an inn which means if you expect hotel experience you will not get.

I loved everything. The staff were pleasant the hotel was exceptionally clean. They had extra toothbrush, soap,whatever u need. Location is close to busses and, of course, disneyland ,and the price was spot on.

Loved the free shuttle to disney and gow close to the parks it was. Friendly staff

How small the bed and room was.

Professional staff members. Convenient location for taking local buses to/from Disney resort. Free shuttle bus provided for visiting Disney resort.
