We had a river view room, and the view was phenomenal. The room size is much more generous than the typical hotel in Tokyo. The staff member who assisted us to book a taxi to the airport was also extremely kind and helpful. Having two convenience stores in the adjacent building was also very helpful.

A few minor inconveniences are that the rooms are a little dated and did not have usb charging points, which have been in every other accommodation we've been in. There was also no self operated communal laundry facility, only a pay per item service. The corridors were a little warm given they opened to an atrium with a skylight - the heatwave didn't help.

Great view from the room, located at a quite portion of the busy Tokyo city. You can also enjoy the view from the restaurant (though you need to arrive early to get windowed seat)

I didn't drive and the closest subway station is 7-10 mins walk away, that's the only issue

Room size for Tokyo is large and overall comfort and cleanliness of hotel is good. Hotel is part of an office complex which includes convenience stores, food options, chemist, taxi stand and bank that has automatic teller for international cash withdrawal (near the 7-Eleven). Hotel is short walk to Tsukiji outer market and around 40 minute walk to new fish market area. Rooms have excellent views of Tokyo city, on a clear day can see Mt Fuji (if room facing that way).

It is an older hotel that has not been renovated recently, for example still has a physical key. However, I guess this is keeping the cost down and everything is working, clean and comfortable.

The view was great. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. It's very close to the Outdoor Tsukiji market. Nice area to just walk around. The whole place seems to have stopped in time but you don't lack anything. It's a bit nostalgic which was great. The breakfast was good also and the view from the breakfast area is also quite something.

Some notes to be aware of... All faucets were dripping. It was fine as long as the door to the bathroom was closed. The room needed a bit of a "fresh-up". It felt like all the original fittings and wallpapers are still present. Not an issue though, just be aware that the room may look a bit "tired".

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, and caring to their guests! They looked after one of our forgotten items after we checked out and kindly kept it for a week until we could collect it. Upon collection, they returned it to us in one of their own pieces of packaging. The room was very spacious and had good facilities. The view was breathtaking and outstanding, offering sights of the Tokyo Tower, Azabudai Hills' Mori JP Tower, and Mount Fuji on a clear day.

Some of the facilities were a bit hard to use at first, such as the shower and the fridge, but the staff were very helpful and fixed these problems. The room also had a smoke-like smell, despite being a non-smoking room. But after a while of being in the room, you can't pick it out, and you get used to it.

We loved our stay at Ginza Creston so much- this is clearly an older hotel with their "best times" behind them, but I love the atmosphere and the interior. While the staff couldn't speak English fluently, they did their best to help us out with their translator gadgets. Our luggage was sent directly to the hotel and we were immediately notified. The area around the hotel IS SO QUIET. It truly was the best stay we could've imagined while we were in Japan. Tsukiji station is also nearby, bus stops, malls, seven-eleven's, everything. The view from both of the rooms we had were gorgeous. Within the hotel it was quiet aswell, the breakfast was nice, really nothing to complain about. If you're into older hotels, that are affordable aswell, this one's for you. We thank every staff member again for giving us such a pleasant stay.

The hotel is situated by the river not so close to the metro but still not far away. You can walk to the Ginza part of the city. Rooms are on the high floors so you have the most amazing view ever. Shockingly beautiful and this is the biggest asset of the hotel. Rooms are big enough but it could be renovated as soon as possible. The bed is very comfortable, rooms are clean, staff is very polite and nice (like everybody else in Japan). Everything is very nice but the view is something that it is worth every single cent you pay. Totally recommend it.

It just need renovation as soon as possible. It is not that it is old or ruined, but it reminded me on the hotels in USA some 20 years ago. Nothing bad, just a suggestion.

I got a beautiful view. I could to see the river and towns . I was happy about that.

reception staff the first one woman gave me a room only town’s view . But i saw on my booking app from my room can see Tokyo bay. So I asked she change for me. The second woman changed it for me a room with beautiful view. I really thankful about that. But the first woman looked at me as めんどくさい人. She often shows the face unhappy to her customer? I really felt sad about that. I also didn’t want to bother her but my purpose when i stay at this hotel because this view. But anyway i got a beautiful view.

A charming older style hotel with a large room and a fantastic view overlooking the river and the city. The room was very clean and there were lots of handy accessories in the bathroom with pyjamas and slippers included. The location by the river was nice for an evening stroll. It was fairly close to several metro stations (about 8 minutes) but we like to walk so it was no problem for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t like.
