Welcomed by robots was very different and fun! Check-in is super fast using a QR code to get a room key. It’s close enough from the station to get to different sightseeing spots, find dinings, close to Mini stop and Lawson to get little snacks and drinks. It’s not on main street, so it is quiet at night. Room is small but it is Tokyo, and very reasonable, so it meets an expectation! I stayed there one night catching my flight, but surprisingly it was very convenient for me to do a little sight seeing.

I had two big suitcases to carry from the train station. It was very challenging to get out from north exit(only two blocks away from there) they only had stairs if your suitcases are heavy, it’s is almost impossible. So I had to walk back to a different exit(I believe it was south exit, they have elevator) and walked longer getting to the hotel. So be prepared especially with small children. I hope they install elevators or escalators soon before I go back again :)

Great location and very clean, everything worked. Very reasonable price for Tokyo. Lits of good eating places in the immediate area including ramens, great espresso coffee and a highball bar with great smacks both immediately downstairs.

Rooms were small for a couple, even for Japan. We probably should have upgraded to a larger room, but we thought we’d be put most of the time day or night. But it would have been nice to have a guest lounge or a bar. Robots were a tad disappointing - a few trite phrases snd face movements while the automated checkin was identical to ones we’d seen elsewhere (without robots)

Any employee I interacted with always said “hello” and was very kind. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful when my room key didn’t work, and when I requested information regarding late check-out + fees. Really easy to get to Daimon Station and Hamamatsucho Station, 24/7 convenience stores nearby. I used the ice machine and microwave multiple times during my trip, as well as the vending machine. Google Chromecast was a nice perk to the room so I could find comfort in watching what I wanted before bed. Breakfast was a good variety and lots of beverage choices with it, it was delicious, too.

The laundry room/vending machine/ice machine room had an interesting scent. Sulfuric.

A family of four (10 & 13). We booked two rooms as most hotels do not offer family rooms like the ones in the UK (Travelodge & Premier Inn). I made a mistake with another hotel, thinking I would get a family room - sofabed is not the same as UK, it was a single sofabed. My youngest daughter shared a bed with me and my husband! Anyway, as expected the room is small, compact and very clean, enough for two hand luggage and one medium sized suitcase. There is a laundrette in the basement (washer and dryer) - no need to bring washing powder - the washing machine provides this. The hotel is tucked away, away from the main road & street but close to convenience shops and restaurants. The location is good as it's close to Hamamatsucho Station (literally 5 mins walk) and it has a monorail that takes you directly to Haneda Airport plus the JR circular line takes you to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, main Tokyo station, Ueno, Akihabara. However, this is no direct train line to Tokyo Disneyland. Overall, I would definitely book this hotel again.

Close to Daimon station, just cross the road at the lights. Convenience store close by. Lobby was small, but ok during our arrival time. The self check-in was smooth and efficient. We were assigned the top floor and upon opening the door, the view of Tokyo Tower greeted us. It was quite a view. The room was large enough for 2 beds and a sofa bed. If the sofa bed wasn't opened, the space would have been sufficient. For westerners, they may find the bed a bit on the hard side, but i thought it was more comfortable than my own bed. Bathroom was of a Japanese type and large. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable.

That we stayed only the one night.

Room is small as expected. Everything is modern comfortable and clean. They even provide the Dry clean machine in every room. There's a locker room to put our luggage in when we arrived before checking in time. very convenient.

The two check in machines never work properly. There we a staff who's busy fixing them for every single check in customer. For us, we paid with credit cards which has 4 digit pin code, but hotel system (or Japan system I'm not sure) requires 6-digit pin code. So hotel system rejected our cards. We used cash option and put notes into the machine, but again the machine didn't give us change. So the only one staff had to come, open the machine fix it. Still didn't work. Eventually he ended up bringing money out of his own pocket to give us changes. Later we found out it somehow did charge our credit cards and later cancelled itself. However we end up paid like 15USD for each room on our credit card due to difference in exchange rate.

Check in was not as easy as it seemed and required a staff member to come out to help. The "robots" at check in were a bit of novelty fun. Location was excellent for getting to and from the airport. We stayed here because of needing 1 night to stay before an early flight home and this hotel served this purpose very well. I probably wouldn't stay here longer than 1 or 2 nights due to the room being quite small for two people. It would be comfortable enough for one person.

The room was quite small but this was expected. The mattress was a bit thin but I slept surprisingly well regardless of this.

There's a free luggage storage area available before check in so we can go somewhere else. We got the phiten theme room so there's a foot massage machine, phiten pillow and clothes steamer which makes the whole experience even better. Precheck in URL is sent before the trip so we had a smooth check in. The staff are really helpful and friendly. We can leave our luggage in the hotel for 1000 yen/night so save the hassle to bring it to the train station. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the train station.

Response through booking.com is slow, normally it takes a day to receive. The room size is quite small, it is hard to open our suitcase (22-24 inch).

Easy check-in and check out, didn't have to speak to a staff member and if you come earlier they can put your luggage in a locker. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is clean. I enjoyed the steam closet it worked well.

I had email if we could check in early, the staff member that responded said we could but it would be a fee for every hour that we checked in early. We agreed to the fee and once we got there the staff member said we couldn't check in early because the room was not cleaned. It wasn't a huge deal but she should've just led with that. Also the novelty about the hotel is the robots. It was fun they decorated them for halloween but they don't move or talk much. Was hoping they did a bit more.

Other than the fact that they have robots as check in staff it is a pretty normal hotel. The location is extremely close to a Subway and JR station which is very convenient although we got lost the 1st time we went. There are many convenient stores and food options nearby and the Tokyo tower is only 20 minutes away by foot.

They have robots instead of staff and the checking process was not confusing at all we only had to scan our passports. The breakfast was pretty dissatisfying to be honest, I think it would have been better to skip the breakfast and go somewhere else.
