Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo

Location was excellent. We booked a room with a view of the Skytree and it was really a great experience. We were given a room at the 18th floor and the view was just spectacular. The hotel was a few minutes away from everything. 7-11 and Lawson (across the street Hokusai Dori). Family Mart at the 2nd floor of the adjacent building (we did not get to visit). An Aeon supermarket a few meters away from the 7-11 mentioned above (if you are coming from Tobu Hotel this is to the left of 7-11). There is a Don Quixote, Matsuya, Burger King, Yoshinoya, Tully's Coffee and a Yakiniku Like on the same street. Kinsicho Station was a 5-minute walk from the Hotel and you have access to the JR line and Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line (via Kinshi Park or Lotte City Hotel). A Book Off branch can also be found at the same building of the Lotte City Hotel. Getting to the Hotel via JR line is pretty easy too (in our case, our trip started from Terminal 2). Use the Narita Line Rapid to Zushi on Platform 1 (I believe the schedule is every hour so depending on your arrival time at Terminal 2 or 3, Google maps might recommend other ways for you where you need to transfer to another line - if you just want the easiest and fastest way, use the Narita Line rapid to Zushi - no transfer needed - and if you have to wait, explore the shops or restaurants at the Airport Terminal until it's time for your trip to the Hotel). From Hotel to the Airport is pretty much reverse, use the Sobu Line Rapid to Narita Airport Terminal 1. The Hotel also offers free limo bus to Disney and vice versa. In our case, we were not able to utilize this as we had relatives who stayed at another hotel. There was no option to pay extra for them, so we decided to travel together alternatively via city bus. There is a bus station in front of Parco that leaves for Disney (just look up their schedule via G maps). Just to wrap up, I would consider staying that Tobu Hotel Levant again for my future visit to Tokyo.

The only thing that bothered me was that they put used cups, glasses, ice bucket and utensils in the sink of the rest room for cleaning. I chanced upon this when I forgot something and had to go back to the hotel when housekeeping already started cleaning our room. I was grossed out a bit but the glasses and cups are usually cleaned pretty well every night we return to the hotel. I am not sure if this is standard practice in the hotel industry (I understand this is probably the most efficient way of doing this) but it would be nice if they are cleaned elsewhere or there is portable dishwashing unit.

Noisy hotel corridor at night. Poor selection of breakfast compared to other hotels I have visited thru my stay in Japan.

Great location of the hotel next to a big train station, convenient direct bus option to and from Haneda airport straight to the hotel, from another bus company. The staff are really nice and speak great English, I think I somehow got a free room upgrade to a room with a better view from them. Not too expensive, but definitely not the cheapest option either.

The internet connection speed at the hotel is pretty awful, and sometimes does not really work at all, 4G does not work too well within the room either. Rooms have some wear and tear, but at least they are cleaned well. Not the best noise insulation from the hallway.

FABULOUS LOCATION! Oh my goodness, I fell in love with the skytree view . . Just fabulous! The hotel was beautiful, polite attentive staff. Good English was known by the staff and they were fun to be around. The Kinshincho line is right next door, just a couple of stops from Tokyo. Too easy. Breakfast was fabulous, large dining area and choices were out of this world. You truly get treated like a king or queen here. The tv was easy peasy to stream my own Netflix and YouTube on, so I could watch TV with ease . . But that view . . Woah . . Not much tv got watched! Shower / bath hit and good pressure. Plenty of toiletries replenished daily. Great shuttle service to the airport for a tiny charge. I could not fault this hotel. Super clean too. I can't wait to return.

Nothing. It was one of the best hotels that I've ever stayed in . . And I've pretty much travelled the world.

The hotel was located near Kinshicho station, and we were able to take a direct train to and from Narita Airport. We are thankful that the hotel also offered us a free bus ride to and from Disneysea.

We thought a Skyview view from our hotel room was reserved for us, as appearing in our booking confirmation. However, a different room was given to us upon check-in. When i asked the receptionist, she said all Skyview rooms were unavailable. We were disappointed but could not do anything about the situation.

In ten days trip, Room is big enough to open two luggages. The night view of sky tree is amazing. The bed and the pillow are very comfortable just like staying at home.

No laundry room. No GYM.

Location is good. It is close to the JR station and skytree tower. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel. It also provides a Disney shuttle bus service and Haneda airport shuttle bus service.

The facilities are a bit old. But both of them are clean. No shuttle bus to Narita airport.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and spoke English very well. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything was always spotless. We stayed with our 11 month old daughter and a cot was provided for us free of charge, the size of the room was very large for Tokyo and there was more than enough space for all our suitcases/baby supplies. The area is conveniently located near the train station and several great places to eat as well as convenience stores. We also utilised the free shuttle bus to and from DisneyLand which made travelling there with our little one hassle free. To top it off the views were stunning, we did not pay for a Skytree view but the skyline from the opposite side of the building was just as beautiful.

If I had to pick something the pillows/bed were a little firmer than I'm used to but that's a personal preference.

The room was very big and spacious. The view with the Skytree is wonderful, even when it's cloudy or foggy. The hotel has 3 restaurants (we only tried the one where breakfast is served and it had good food) and a coffee shop on the ground floor (it had good strawberry cakes and green tea). The station is close by (train and bus). There is a mall nearby with a food court on the 10th floor (you can enter the mall through a door closer to the hotel, no need to go to the station). There are two convenience stores across the street and a Don Quijote. Kinshi park has cherry blossoms with night illumination. The area is full of small restaurants and malls. For parking, we spoke at the front desk. We paid there for the full days, and we received tickets to use to be able to get out whenever we wanted. They also helped us make a booking for the limousine bus for the Haneda airport.

If we returned to the hotel before 16:00, we had big chances of them not yet finishing the cleaning. In the first few days the Wi-Fi was very spotty. After that, it worked much better, but still with some hick-ups now and then.

The location is very good as its only a short walk to the train stations and many restaurants and shopping just outside the door of the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic with wide variety of Japanese & western breakfast. All service staff we encountered were wonderful, professional and friendly at front desk, breakfast room, Chinese restaurant and the lobby lounge. Check in & check out were less than 5 minutes. The room has everything we needed; comfortable bed, refrigerator to keep cold water & jelly dessert after returning to the hotel, water kettle for green tea & coffee, hair dryer. The hotel has 4 elevators and we never waited more than 1 minute for the elevator.

Honestly nothing much except the twin room & bathroom are small, we can't even fully open 2 large suitcases, however that does not really bother us that much at all. Despite being small, it has everything we needed and the bed is very comfortable.
