My 15J old son and I stayed in the hotel for three nights in August. Upon arrival the reception went an extra mile to offer us the room we wanted ( twin, non-smokung and with no neighbours since with a connecting door) and to ensure our stay is as comfortable as possible. Everybody from personell was extremely friendly kind and helpful: the house keeping ( Manas), the restaurant ( Rabih), A. Kader wro drove us to the airport. The rooms are very big with spacious bathrooms and with a genious architectural aircondition solution( hidden as a half moon hanged ceiling and thus not blowing directly towards the beds.) The weather was hot, but the water temperature in the pool was refreshing and we enjoyed our time in the sun. We had dinner twice at the Six Palms Restaurant and the food was great -try the Chicken Briryani!

The white towels at the pool ware stained because a lot of guests use tanned sun screen. Choosing a darker colour could solve the isuue.

The whole stay was perfect from the reception staff during check in and check out which was done very smoothly, breakfast buffet was excellent and all the staff were very helpful and caring especially to our children (special mention to the special Rabih who was absolutely wonderful), the room was spotless with a great view, pools were perfect and the kids loved it there and pool staff were also very professional and immediately make u feel comfortable. All in all I would like to say that I have stayed in many hotels in Kuwait but Marina is the best value for money hotel that I have stayed in till date.

Everything was good and nice. The breakfast is perfect. The atmospheric of the hotel is very good. You can walk around the hotel and use it services like the gym, beach, game center. My kids enjoyed the pools and also the playground. The location of the hotel is excellent, nearby most important places. The staff were helpful.

Only one negative thing which was the (Parking). The car parking is not shaded unfortunately which let the car to be boiled. One issue happened to me is to find a park one night (Valet Service is available), because there was an engagement ceremony in the hotel that let all the parking area occupied. Other than the car parking all is perfect.

We loved the hotel. The staff were super friendly. The balcony room was great with a lovely view over the beach and ocean. The beach has a nightly picnic in the winter season, though it can get cold. The room was beautiful. The TV had great Middle Eastern channels which was interesting to me as a Westerner. The breakfast moved around from the restaurant to internal courtyard. They give you Arabic coffee when you arrive. Thank you to Rabih, the Asst Restaurant Manager, as well as the fellow who served us Arabic coffee, and to all the staff, thank you!

I have know idea where to start!! it was absolutely amazing! the room had a beautiful view (ocean), wether staff was super friendly as we arrived late at night, they brought us breakfast to the room (due to Ramadan), let us stay till 5 in the afternoon the next day for free as our flight had a delay. the hotel itself has a lot to over, beautiful and calm pool area, a clean beach with love to details, a huge gym, a squash place and even more! thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

For some reason, they changed the breakfast time for one day, but they didn't tell us, so when I first arrived, they told me that breakfast would end in 15 minutes, so I had to tell my family to come before it ended. I think they could have told us the night or day before.
