Hotel Parc Belair

Spacious room. Everything that is needed is available. The shower looked recently renovated and was clean. The bed was comfortable.

There is no AC in the rooms, so it gets quite warm in the summer. The hotel is a bit overpriced for what it offers. During two of the nights there were events in the restaurant. The music was very loud and the events lasted until past midnight. I could hear the loud music even though the room was on the other side of the hotel (facing the street) and it was difficult to sleep.

Room had a large balcony, hotel is well-located, professional front desk staff, nice and clean hotel overall.

I booked a “design room” which cost more than a standard room. But the difference was basic cosmetic, plus the addition of a coffee table and small sofa. The room itself was narrow and long, so the bed had very little space on each side of it. The bathroom fixtures were not better than in a standard room (which I’ve had before at the same hotel on a previous occasion), and the shower head and hose were even rather bad (the hose looked in need of repair). In addition, the room was on the top floor right next to the elevator shaft and we could hear the loud whirring of the mechanism each time someone took the lift.

The hotel is very comfortable and quiet and overlooks a park with a café and playground. It is about a 15-minute walk to the centre, but there are also four bus routes for the centre and beyond, with a bus stop right outside the hotel. The superior room was tastefully and recently decorated in warm colours, with a balcony facing the park. The breakfast room is also bright and pleasant and the quality of the food was excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, it is a very restful place to stay.

Breakfast was disappointing 20 euro and not very good. We have found a couple absolutely great places for breakfast around the corner and ice cream shop with coffee and great ice cream across the street. If anybody is interested coffee shops are to the left and first street left. Great food and great service.

Great location, good staff, clean, neat, great view on the park, close to downtown.

The room itself was exceptional! Thanks to the kind receptionist, we got our room upgraded. The building must be hostoric, but it is well maintained and taken care of. Classical and retro atmosphere made me excited. We slept like dead on the comfy bed as Luxemburg was the last destination of our trip. A little away from the city center, but with public transportation, there was no problem for the traveling. I hope to come back here again!

The location is lovely and close to the city. Nice hotel

The hotel is lovely but there was a birthday party at the hotel and the music was heard until 2am or later. Not the greatest moments if you have to leave early in the morning. Sometimes stuff can be irritated if you ask them questions. The WiFi was not always working if you pay by card, so better pay cash deposit.

The hotel was beautiful, very nicely made, so stylish, the room was also very beautiful and a bit luxurious feel to the furniture. The soap/washing gel smelled very nicely and added to your experience in shower greatly. Spacious bathroom, just what you need after a long touristic day outside the hotel. There was some noise from the street, but it's easily removed by closing the windows. The bed was very comfy too. The breakfast costs 20 euro - we chose to eat out. Very close to the centre (walking distance 12 mins), but also super easy to get to the centre or other locations in the city - there is a bus stop right next to the hotel and all public transport in Luxembourg is free of charge!

When windows were open - it was very loud, we had a street side, when windows were closed - it was very very hot in the room, so practically you don't need a blanket to sleep and you can wake up all flushed and sweaty at night.

The room and the bed, very comfortable and big size, everything was clean, it has a big bathroom and the personal was kind.

I think the price is very high and I did like that they make you a charge to your credit card for 100€ when you check in, just in case you take anything from the mini bar. I think it would be nice and a better experience for guests to change that dynamic.

The location was wonderful. A beautiful safe neighborhood with an easy 15-20 min walk straight into the city, past many cute restaurants. We loved the breakfast room, the bistro and the lovely park behind the hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was decent but not excellent. The bistro food was great and the bar was fun.

Our shower was not cleaned well. The rest of the room was very clean but the shower had orange growth in many areas. Also the shower door leaked. There seemed to be a lack of an eye for detail. One morning we noticed a cork under our table so it was obvious the floor was not adequately cleaned. Then that night, there was a french fry (Pommes) under our table left over from lunch.

The rooms were very spacious, neat and the hotel is right across the bus stop. Very close to the centre. There is a park right next to the hotel. Loved the aesthetics of the interior. The receptionists were welcoming and baggage storage is available. The bathroom was spotlessly clean.

The water pressure at the sink was not up to the mark, but this did not affect our stay in anyway.
