unexpectedly pretty value for money. room, beds, washroom was fairly clean and comfortable. hotel was full the night we stayed. best part was the massage shop next door! it looks a bit seedy/sus from the exterior but lady boss Kak Mas is really really nice and good at her massages!! just gently tell her if pressure is too strong and remind/request for new towels if you are doing with family :,D
no lift - not the biggest issue, but would be good to include in description, especially for those who are travelling with big/heavy luggage or with people who are unable to climb stairs.

Large clean room, clean sheets, clean pillows and clean bathroom. Overall, the cleanliness of the room is good. A/C is strong and cold while the wifi is exceptionally strong and fast. The room and bed is comfortable and had a good sleep. The staff were friendly. Free parking is provided just outside the hotel which is very good. Although this hotel is not in town itself, I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Kangar.
As this is a shoplot, the walls of the building is a bit thin and noises can be heard from the next shophouses.

There was a dog beside the building. We got chased by it at midnight while looking for parking for our motorcycle.a bit after to in and out after.

budget hotel but not seems like budget because the room is very nice, clean toilet, and quite spacious! highly recommended to stay here when you want to find a place to stay. Dont hesitate to choose this hotel because you will shocked with the good facilities they provides.
-the pillow because i felt its thin. -the toiletries only got 1 set. Room for 2per so it should be 2 sets. Not enough bcs need to share.

Check-in counter operating hours can be extended beyond 9 pm. A bit pricey for a double room with no window and no breakfast. Limited parking, had to park in front of workshop next door

- cleanliness can be improved - location adjacent to hardware/repair shop. Can see number of dogs wandering around. For family traveller be extra vigilant especially if u bring your kids
