Hotel Pudu Plaza Kuala Lumpur

staff were friendly, facility was big, spacious, clean and in good location, room was spacious, toilet was big, comfortable,

no cold water in the shower during the day, corridors had a strange smell, breakfast was a bit monotonous, some staff were a bit impatient

location is good. Room is clean. Most of the staff is polite and nice.

I had to leave the hotel at 7am and the carpark door was locked. I went to reception and they say that they will get the security guy to unlock it. I waited for 15mins and nobody came. Went to reception and then found out that the security guy went back to sleep again.

It was worth the money in this location. So if you are a traveller, just get this booking done. You get to have a satisfactory complimentary breakfast and then off you go on your travels and sightseeing only to return in the evening. So it's good.

The breakfast can be improved to have eggs counter everyday instead of every alternate day. The number of staff is quite meagre adding to lots of work for the staff. But they still do a good job.

Affordable room rate with breakfast. Good Location. Ample free parking space.

Limited ordinary TV channel. Can get Vision Four channel but not HD picture. The TV picture is not so clear. Maybe because they are still using an ordinary MATV cable connector. I would prefer if they can use the wifi connection with a TV box like Netflix or the same. It would improve the TV watching experience.

The room is nice and clean. Attached to the Pudu Plaza (ada TheStore). Free parking for guest. Have to use the room card to acces floor unit. Ada fridge!

The location is not suitable for muslims as it is surrounded by chinese/myanmar food stalls. Agak susah cari makan. And i have to call 3x just to get the iron. Only 2 main courses served for the breakfast; mihun and nasi goreng. Both tak sedap. Maaf and please improve the breakfast and services.

For the price of the room, this hotel is exceptional. Plenty of parking just that it's a bit dark. Access to the hotel is on level 4 of the car park and the door will shut after 10pm. This is for security reasons. You will need to call the reception to help you open the door. Plenty of food courts around the hotel and the famous ICC Pudu food court is just next to the hotel.

Central located. Near Pudu metro stop. At 5 minutes driving from Bukit Bintag area. Surrended by a lot of Malesian restaurants. Bright and large room, king size bedroom.

Towels was made by a material that didn't get dry you. Shower tube didn't stay stop and water wasn't hot although the electrical heater.

The location is superb, you can easily get to the city centre/bukit bintang by grab or even walking. Pudu itself is quieter with many street food locations within 100 meters and this hotel is within a cheap mall.

Some of the rooms (at least on level six) have an ant problem. Shower pressure in my room was quite low. The breakfast buffet is

The particular staff, Hayati is different from others. She welcame and served us well. The AC is good and nearby Bukit Bintang. We stored our luggages for almost two weeks for free until we came back to stay the second time.

Other lady staff was not very sympahatatic when we entended our stay on the second time.

Feel safe, lot of security guard. Access card to use the lift. Less noise at night. Breakfast quite good. Easy to get Grab Car and maxim - cheap fare to times square and Kenanga (for shopping purpose). Value for money .

No laundry near the hotel
