room is clean and comfort. dining is good…. but not variety…. their staff is friendly and pleasant….

long queue during check in. please do some improvement. parking is too narrow… need to extra careful…

Meets typical Ibis standards, what is excellent regarding what you can experience in South-eastern Asia. We liked it very much. Free pool was not crowded alone, at 9 p.m. we were there the only couple. Very good breakfast, and even if many people are there, they can cope with it, many seats, many dishes and so.

New sky scrapper has been built nearby, so practically it's not possible to see the Petronas from the pool. They must update the photos on the booking.

The location is superb and it is great value for the area. The room was comfortable, good bedding, AC works well, awesome shower (hot, powerful) Very clean I did not have the breakfast, I heard it was a bit chaotic in there but they have an awesome coffee shop on the ground floor… really good coffee and pastries, unless you really want the big buffet breakfast I recommend using the coffee shop instead. The swimming pool is small but very clean, well managed, people are respectful of the rules, however if you are booking this hotel for the view of the towers from the pool.. don’t! Because there is construction of a 50 story building opposite the hotel happening and it is totally blocking the view. Besides this the pool is great.. I just think the hotel should update their advertising about this. We also had a great cocktail on the rooftop bar (again the view of the towers is unfortunately blocked), the waiters were excellent and the drinks were served well. Express Check Out is a great idea

As many other reviews have said, the reception service is painfully slow for checking in. This hotel is huge, and really busy.. but only two people on the desk during peak times, it just seemed very inefficient Additionally I sent a few messages via booking.com they were responded to 4 days after we had checked out! So it seems that the reception service is very understaffed.

I liked the location of Ibis city centre and the convenience of amenities at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and access to food and drinks at any time of day was an excellent bonus. The coffee at the cafe located in the lobby was excellent! The hotel even gave me a two hour extension to stay for free as my flight was departing in the evening and check out at the hotel was at 12 pm. I really appreciated that and will definitely be staying at the Ibis again.

The only thing I must say I didn't like was the inconsistency of the hot water in the shower. It would keep varying from really hot to cold constantly by itself without adjusting the mixer tap in the shower.

The hotel is very conveniently situated in KLCC. There were 2 things that convinced me to book: the hotel has a free car park on site, which is very convenient, and it was a short walking distance from the French embassy where I had a meeting. The rooms are what you would expect from a chain of hotel like Ibis: clean, comfortable bed, Wifi, etc... The shower was very powerful, which I liked. There is a bar on the 31st floor with an infinity pool. We did not try the pool but had food at the bar, which was good. The breakfast was good, with a selection of western and local cuisine in the buffet. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the staff was polite and friendly.

The room and bathroom is overall neat and clean. Getting around the building seems easy as there are signs for each floor indicated. I didn't try the facilities such as the pool, gym, and the restaurants, so I can't comment about that.

Going between the car park and the guest room is separated between two different elevator areas (personally find it a bit of a hassle). Also there very very small space for one of the two side of beds as there is only a small stool size table and only one socket plug. Whereas the table and other bed are spacious and more than one socket plugs. The above is unfortunate, but overall it is great!

I loved the location - it was 15 mins walk from Petronas towers and KLCC metro station, and also Ampang Station on the other side to access the city areas line Central market, Petaling street and River of life. The amenities were great. I got the room with a city view and that was very lovely. They gave an iron, a small mini fridge and unlimited water, which was nice. The breakfast was really good with so many Malay dishes like Nasi Lemak, Kaya Pau, Mee goreng served everyday, alongside fresh continental dishes like chicken sausages, hash browns, waffles, etc etc. There is a grocery shop bang opposite for cheaper food and coffee options, and a seafood restaurant just next to the hotel. There were several other restaurants nearby, and a Watsons medicine shop which came to my rescue for a asthma attack emergency. Since Syria KLCC mall is walking distance, cheap and amazing food is very accessible. I absolutely enjoyed my stay with Ibis and highly recommend the hotel!

While basic toiletries like hand wash soap, toothbrush, vanity kit, and body wash were provided, Shampoo, conditioners, talcum powder and body lotion should have been added because they were unavailable.

It's very affordable but the room was great! The fact that it is in the capital city and just a 10min walk to petronas tower. It was very clean and spacious. It even had a work table, iron, hair dryer and a hygiene kit. and it's overlooking the city. We had dinner at kampung kitchen for my son's birthday and the food was really good. Then my son enjoyed the pool after dinner. He just wished there was a heater in the pool especially for night swimming. If I'll be back to KL, MY... I'll choose to stay here again.

We went out the next morning to see petronas tower and get some food and when we came back to the hotel before 12 to get our stuff, our keycard has been deactivated already.

Hotel and staff were great. Checking in was easy and straightforward. When I had to leave my luggage for a bit before the actual check in time, they assisted in helping with storage and suggestions on where to go.

The road outside can get very jammed during peak hours. Trying to get a taxi or transport anywhere might be an issue during these times. So try to plan ahead and get out during the off peak hours.

This hotel perfect for everything ,Room perfect the bed so big and comfy Shower perfect .. U can have everything small and big restaurant Theres a lot of choices and cheap for me Very near to the train KLCC station and also the twin tower Everything was good just find when you can find your own shortcut All perfect Good And Love the Country ❤️ only local people dont understand And speak english and difficulty in asking directions always answering "Dont know"

There is nothing we dont like about the hotel .. Majority we like it .. But Local people They cant speak and understand English Finding locations they always say i dont know ..
