easy check-in and check-out. a lot of parking. near with shopping mall and restaurants on the day.
bedding need to improve especially blanket. i just got 1pcs towel for couple room, maybe management can upgrade to put 2pcs towel in couple room. make sure the room totally clean before giving to guests. no nearby convenient store on the night.

the hotel near with my son’s taekwondo grading at kelab darul ehsan.
The bed sheets have a lot of hair, itches and the floor is dusty. Room smelly and before that,Staff told me that the room was full while I booked the room on 25 November. He cleaned the room quickly but the room provided like staff’s room. Chair and tv are not arranged well.

Room floor wasn't sweeped, bathroom walls and door were so dirty with mold, bathroom wasn't washed, previous guest rubbish were still left on bathroom floor, pillow cover were smelly We extended our hours and paid rm 14. I don't mind paying but we couldn't sleep till morning due to mosquito and smelly pillow cover. We didn't argue much coz we booked this last minute.

The location. Easy to find.
It was an unplanned. So we decided to checked in at nearby hotel. I found this hotel through booking.com. The price was changed right after we arrived at the reception. We dont get the room we booked, plus we hv to pay the price we booked. So upset. Walked into the room, we were very shocked as there was many hairs on the floor and the bed, blanket, pillow. The room was very dirty. I dont know who design the room with that kind of toilet. I cant think about the concept of the toilet. Whatever it is, we stayed there for 1 night. And thats really enough for us. For sure, will never be back at this hotel anymore. Sorry.
