Wyndham Grand Bangsar Kuala Lumpur

The rooms were simply beautiful. Spacious, clean, well kept. Each room had a beautiful large bathtub. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The Spa treatment was good. Free parking is provided. The hotel is a short drive away from Mid Valley Megamall which was very convenient and a time saver.

Not all of the hotel's restaurants were operational. There aren't any nearby restaurants or groceries near the hotel. You'd have to drive to the nearby mall. Alternatively, you can easily order food delivery using any of the local apps.

Breakfast was great.. choices were suitable for families with kids and toddlers too.

Windows was not clean, hence did not get to appreciate the view from our room.. (though the view was not that great either, overlooking the federal highway). We would rather not opening our curtains, sliding windows from the inside. My daughter had sensitive skin, she enjoyed playing in the tub with her brother, but had rashes later on around her face and body. It's temporary but she gets a reaction twice, each time getting in the bath tub. Husband left his tripod in the room, only realized after 3 hrs.. the housekeeping said they didn't find anything in the room. He jus bought it, so that's sad.. 😢

You have a staff called Brandon at the reception who is super-efficient. Also a nice lady in housekeeping, I don't know her name, she works on the 21st floor. I also liked the work tables in your rooms, I have used them several times during my regular stays and I find them just the right height for a virtual meeting (the work chair is comfortable too). The bed is ok, I can sleep well in it.

The food during my seminar breaks is too little. My seminar participants and I had to share one miserable small plate of cake, which was cut into the size of half a matchbox, and some of us didn't even get any. When I asked for additional cake, your crew said yes, but never came back with them. Please do not be stingy with your cake. Your aircon in Annexe Room 2 is scary. It makes noises and we were afraid it will fall through the ceiling. Do get your facilities team to look into this ASAP.

hi, this is my 2nd time staying at Pullman Bangsar. i had bad experience for my first time stay here, i left some review about it. long short story, their customer service, (Shout Out to Jessie) called me and apologize for what happened and Pullman gave me Free Hi-Tea (lunch buffet) for 2 pax (of course with t&c, which is we need to book again to redeem da voucher) well then yeah we book a room again. alhamdulillah, this time all the services was good, starting from the Bell Boy, Front Desk, and the room was so cozy and comfortable. Pandai Pullman ambil hati! at last, this time, achieve expecation staying at Pullman, thank you! the buffet was so so good!

we got free upgrade to a very big room. the room was facing the highway view. we paid rm330 for a very big room together include with 2adults 2kids breakfast. the pool was great as well. and the breakfast was good, many variety, almost all was yummy.

1. the toilet didnt have the lock, so for us tp stay with kids is so kind of workout for us to keep checkin on them. either they keep going into the bathroom, or they keep sneak in while u doing ur stuff. haha 2. the parking space quite small 3. location was in crowded area. so we endup order food via grab because too lazy to drive in traffic jam. hehe

Love the spacious room and bathtub. I enjoyed watching TV while having bubble bath. Breakfast spread is so so but reaonable for the price (rm30). Pool and other facilities still closed (i dont usually use anyway). The best thing, i was given very late check out..best me time ever :) Thanks Pullman!

Location is actually convenent - midvalley, restaurants for grabfood are plenty. I just dont fancy the secluded road to the hotel entrance & carpark.

Got a room on excecutive level, it was modern, clean and spacious....

Stayed in this property a few years back and the exec lounge was great, good selection of food and drinks, came back now and it was a complete disappointment not worth the extra money. You can as well pay for a lot cheaper room and order room service for the extra money you are spending and get better assortments and it will work out cheaper...

Was upgraded to a larger room because of Booking.com Genius level so that was nice. But probably more thanks to Booking.com rather than the hotel itself. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet. Gym was alright. Didn't have the full range of machines that some other hotels have, but I had the place to myself so that was a bonus. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent, but I didn't have the chance go crazy because I was in a hurry. Reception and concierge staff friendly and professional.

I had a complaint regarding terrible terrible unprofessional service I experienced at Mearcato, their lounge bar / dining area. The hotel's response (so far?) has been less than satisfactory. Both the incident itself, and the seemingly lack of care in receiving my feedback has made me think twice about giving money to this hotel in the future.

Strategic location

1. The 2nd room wasnt ready when we booked two rooms and thus late check in for my sisters (Connecting Room next door) 2. No staff at the swimming pool to request for towel and no answer/pick up when called using the emergency telephone. Husband had to go down to to the lobby to request for towel 3. Rude staff at swimming pool - husband requested for 3 towels and was told could knly get 2 towels per room when we actually booked 2 rooms. The staff didnt inform properly on this and my husband had to highlight that we booked 2 rooms and then only the staff gave us 3 towels

The room was well-sized, with a large bathroom with shower and separate tub. The bed is also very comfy. Buffet breakfast was decent and alot of malaysian food options. The hotel while in a quiet area of Bangsar, allows you easy access by Grab to anywhere around the city. Will stay there again. I like spacious rooms.

The tv could be at head level instead of hanging from the ceiling. Gives me a neck crick having to look up at the tv.
