The room was really nice. The staff were so friendly. Great location near the river front.

Would have liked some fruit on the breakfast buffet. The only fruit was the banana on the French toast option. But otherwise everything excellent.

Love the room - got the garden suite Spacious room, comfy bed, bathroom was big with a hint of minimalist style Location was perfect - in front of the river and next to a convenience store Staff was super attentive and very helpful There is a nightly guard at the front desk to ensure safety and security Doors are locked after 11 PM to make sure safety and security Breakfast was made to order! They would make the breakfast you chose only when you’re seated

I like the interior design concept of Ranee boutique hotel. A harmony of traditional with a touch of modernity. My room lounge was spacious, i am super delighted that the hotel go on the extra mile by introducing nespresso machine and capsule to get my day start off with a shot of espresso. There are no worries in sleeping at night in comfort knowing the A/C is functioning well and properly maintained.

Honestly i live everything, I don’t find anything bad to say and review about my stay there. It was all too well but the water heater didn’t heat up the water. Brr brr brr cold shower it is.

Right on the river in an interesting old building that has been tastefully renovated. Good sized room at the front with a view across to the government building that is lit at night. Very clean. comfortable bed and pillows. Good wifi. Nice sitting area with bookshelves on the 1st floor.

The staff were busy with their phones and a bit neglectful. When I dragged my suitcase down the stairs from the lift accidentally dropping a book with a loud bang the guy at the desk didn’t even lift his head, let alone offer to help. Those stairs up to the lift are annoying too. Cafe is closed except for breakfast.

The breakfast great, comfort and eill choose it again in coming trip.

really great location, very big room with comfortable bed and good bathroom. Finally got a room at the back which was lovely and quiet. The rooms on the front are noisy because of the main road.

Breakfasts were poor with little choice except eggs done in 3 ways and 2 types of cereal and 2 types of fresh fruit. This gets monotonous every day. The bread is sweet so not to our taste. There is no one available to help with excusions even though they said there was. Make sure you have it in writing if you adk for a quoet room - saves awkwardness on arrival.

Located at a good spot in the city, close to most of the attractions within the old quarters of the historic town. Room was really sizable and felt slightly underutilized as we spent most of our time out and about. And.... the big bath tub.

Water pressure feels a tad lacklustre.. and if I have to nitpick, the shampoo and shower gel smelled and felt like they came from the same bottle. Food selection for breakfast was slightly limited but should help keep food waste down for the property.

Lovely boutique hotel with nice room size. Friendly front office staff. We checked in late and met Awang. Felt very welcomed and had a good night sleep at the Garden Suite before moving to another room the next day as we wanted to book the Double Deluxe Suite but it wasn’t available on the first night.

The Garden Suite room tv channels were very basic and no international channel hence they can add Netflix for more selections.

Simple yet very well prepared breakfast was something to look forward to every morning. I loved the southeast Asian colonial designed interior of the hotel.Very artistic and calming. I could just sit at reading lounge all afternoon.

Huge bathtub, but not enough hot water to fill it up. Apart from that, it was very spacious and gorgeous bathroom .

The hotel is located in the heart of the nice part of the city. It’s small and cosy and has a nice colonial atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile for their costumers. We used this hotel as a sleepover during different expeditions and slept their 3 times a night in 10 days. In the end, it felt like coming home. If this is your budget, do not look any further, you found the perfect spot.
