Nice place to stay, clean, comfortable and friendly customer service. easy to find eating place nearby.

Not much, but already compensate with good service.

The staff was very helpful during my stay. Facilities was super clean. Location is nice near to food court, marts bank, laundry and all. On the other side in the morning it can be quite noisy to hear other room open and close their door. Can still hear them talking too. Room without window can be stuffy for some people but I on my bathroom vent whenever I'm in the room so should be okay after that. I would be nice also if small refrigerator were provided in the room. Overall my stay was excellent.

The staff all very friendly. The location also very nice, nearby has a lot of shoplot and Aeon Mall. Beside hotel has one Chinese restaurant is selling Dry noodle / Laksa, the laksa is superb! Also got one cafe nearby too, can have dessert during night time.

The DB Box burst on the second morning while i still sleeping. is very dangerous because the DB box is near to the TV. Other than that, everything is good.

we arrived late and the hotel was more than happy to accomodate to this. felt safe staying at the hotel. free parking and plenty of space. lots of restaurants nearby which was nice. wifi was fast. toilet was clean and good water pressure. minimal amenities but enough for our stay. close to AEON which was convenient. air cond was good.

can be slightly busy during the day. we had no reception in the room but good wifi so wasnt a big issue. we also had trouble with the TV but we didnt care much as we werent in the room much.

Ideal location, near to restaurants and convenient store, easy to get food and drinks. The room is clean and bright. Nice Reception.

No window, no view. Suggest to change the current bathroom water heater to a higher efficiency water heater, as there's only lukewarm water although I had adjusted the power to the maximum. It would be better if there's a table lamp on the study table.

I was here for staycation with my company laptop, I had an issue with the screen and the receptionist helped me locate a service shop 3 doors away. Very helpful of her indeed. For room service, we specified that the staff should not enter the room without our presence and he followed through the basic instructions accordingly. Very satisfied that towels were changed on time along with supply of toilet papers and misc stuffs. We mentioned 2 days before the check-in that we insisted the room facing the street and our request was granted. People in the reception are very, very attentive indeed and we couldn't have asked for more. The bedlight was awesome and we kept it turned on all night. Very satisfied for this comfortable stay, also value for money. =)

None. This was my second time booking and I have been impressed even more.

Location. I chose it cos it's near Aeon. Lots of eating places around. Comfy beds. Fuss free, you get the essentials for a good night's rest.

Even though it's supposed to be a non smoking hotel, the corridor smells of cigarette smoke. Fortunately room smells ok. No lift. We were given 2nd floor, which is OK for younger ones. Not good for people who have problems climbing stairs.

I’m surprise with the cleanliness when I entered! with this price, it’s super clean and tidy! definitely my choice when I come back here again next time

didn’t have a fridge inside the room (I’m breastfeeding and need to store my pumped milk BUT we were allowed to use the fridge behind the receptionist counter) we were very happy with that

Plenty of nearby eateries. Easy access. Nearby shopping mall with eateries too. Free flow water station. Shared ironing facilities. Friendly staff. About the eateries, the are choices for Malaysian multicultural taste.

Parking sometimes are difficult during peak hours. Not so friendly with disabilities facilities.
