I like the location. The hotel is easy to find. Near Servay, lot of food vendors, laundry, Watson etc. Parking wise, enough.
Gave me only 1 keycard. Had 2 ask another 1 because I couldn't enter room because my son slept and didn't hear the bell. He was toooo tired from the game. No fridge in the room. Breakfast option was limited.

There is no fridge in the room. Soundproofing is not well built. Parking can be troublesome during the day. Otherwise, everything is great in this hotel.

Comfortable stay at one of the town’s popular district. Clean, and friendly service from staff members. Stayed during Ramadhan, and I’m quite surprised they provided meal including hot drink for sahur, which was not mentioned earlier when I made my booking.
Not sound-proof. Voices and chatters of other guests/staffs walking outside at the hallways can heard clearly from inside.

Limited choice of breakfast and the half boiled egg was served with the dirt, please get the staff to wash the eggs first. Limited spaces for car park since it’s shared with supermarket besides the hotel.

The breakfast should be made earlier or in buffet style so that many people can eat at the same time instead of waiting one by one for the cook to prepare the breakfast. This will ensure everyone that needs to rush for their business enough time to eat and prepare.
