Everything is wonderful.. -walking distance to shops, restaurants starbucks and mall.. -very clean area and has lots of parking spaces -staff all friendly and efficient -room clean, no weird odour, toiletteries provided, water cooler outside room (near lift) also provided Even the room is not really big but still we can manage to pray (muslim) at one small spot near the desk..
Just one, maybe can upgrade your parking spaces with proper tar.. I hope this hotel keep doing their best.. keep up the good work..

Hotel location is nearby eateries which is a walking distance. Rooms were clean and fullfill the basic necessities such us hair dryer, mini fridge and water heater. Hotel staffs are friendly and easy to communicate and attentive.
Only that it's a sharing ironing facilities but that was just minor. Maybe ironing facilities can be upgraded to each rooms so it wont be limited access.

Location full of light when night, feel comfort and safe even arrive midnight. Staff remember customer name when check in even I am first time to there. Full of convenient store like 7-11, familymart, starbucks and etc. Surrounding clean and peaceful. Worth and valuebale. High-recommended.

The double queen beds are excellent for a family. And have no problem with prayer mat request. Television has many channels and radio provided. Thanks for the coffee and tea provided. The mini fridge is so convenient
I wish there's breakfast provided so I don't have to rush out finding one

The hotel and the room clean, simple and just nice for us. Located at town, lot of shops nearby. Had free parking. Staff very nice. I book the hotel very last minute, on that day itself. Worth it. Only need to share iron, located at the corridor which just fine for me.

There were footprints on the floor and on the wall.....The space is a little smaller than expected and the room is not really sound proof coz can hear the voice from corridor when people passed by.

I enjoyed the room, very comfortable for a night's stay. Very quiet place and it has a carpark with security.
I think overall it is a pretty good and clean hotel. Very comfortable as well the bed. Something to improve, maybe the aircond in my room needs to be serviced. Not very cold.

- room that has glass as their toilet’s wall, please cover it more. still can see shadow of people’s showering from the bed
