Hotel Angra

The room was well appointed and nicely kept up. The bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower hot. There were 12 foot ceilings and a lovely carved headboard and mirrors. The white tiled areas had dolphin trim tiles. The room had a coffee maker with really good coffee. It was really quiet. Good wi-fi. Both reception and housekeeping were helpful. Parking was good. The dog could run in the courtyard. The gate was locked from 8-8 at night and we felt really safe. (We had a key.)

There seem to be several dogs living on the property. Two of them bit my dog. No harm done but scary.

Spacious room with master bed and tastefully decorated. The property grounds are well maintained and the staff is wonderful! Plenty of room to relax. I love that the property is gated so you know that you and your vehicle are safe. Plenty of room for our dog to walk around in the room and outside. Close to plenty of restaurants and shops.

We were a little confused when we pulled up because we were looking for the building in the pictures. The street side has the name and the gates. The beautiful building is inside the courtyard. Don’t worry, you’re in the right place.

Very friendly staff, they were helpful when I arrived before check-in time and friendly when I met the staff when I was walking around in central town. The room was very spacious, and both room and the facilities in general were clean. If you come with car, there's plenty of parking space within the gates.

It's not that anything was bad, but I missed a little having like a lounge or patio for socialisation outside of the hotel room.

Good location; not on the beach but directly across from a gas station which was a higher priority at the time! The hotel had gated entry to the parking area which was locked overnight, so we felt safe leaving our fully-loaded car there.

Had some issues with the water. Went to take a shower after dinner and there was no water. Messaged the front desk and they rectified the problem. Unfortunately it returned later.

Everything was great. The room and décor was stylish. The bed comfortable. Everything was clean without smelling like Fabuloso, which seems to be the favorite cleaning product in Baja but leaves the floor sticky and the room smelly. Our room at the Angra was fresh and clean smelling and the floor was clean and not sticky. Anna, our hostess was super! She even lent us her wine bottle opener as we had forgotten ours. We are looking forward to staying at the Angra again in October when we return.

The girl at the reception was super friendly and accommadating. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, a great hot shower and good WiFi. The hotel is just a short walk from the historic city centre, with lots of nice restaurants. It was nice we could park our car on the hotel's private and secure terrain.

Everything was fine

I had booked based on reviews online and knew nothing of the hotel prior to my arrival. I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations, location, cleanliness and comfort of my rooms and convenience of location. I did a lot of walking. I felt very safe and comfortable during my time there and Anna was so very helpful and accommodating! Although I stayed for only one night, I will definitely visit again when I am in Loreto.

Nice place. No frills. Big room. Everything worked except the wifi didn't work in the upstairs room. Had to go out on the terrace. Staff very friendly. Secure on site parking. About 10 minutes walk to restaurants. Nothing nearby. We drove everywhere. Easy to find parking

The staff is very friendly, and speaks both spanish and english. She was happy to give directions and recommendations. The location was good. I think it was a little over half a mile to the Malecón, and there are many shops and restaurants to check out along that walk. The room was clean, and the air conditioner worked great. TV worked fine, but only had one or two English channels. Not a problem, we are in Mexico after all. It would be nice to have a smart TV though, with Netflix and YouTube, etc. I really like that they have gated parking. We’re traveling with a lot of stuff, so I was great peace of mind to have a locked gate protecting our truck. The room has a good amount of storage space, and a little desk to sit or eat at.

It would be nice to have a microwave and mini-fridge.

This might be our new favorite place in Loreto. Dog friendly, big secured yard for both dogs and cars. Large clean rooms with very comfortable beds and linens. Affordable and easy to walk from there to anywhere.

We paid an unexpected pet fee of $100 pesos per dog. Not a big deal.
