City Express Plus by Marriott Mexicali

I love that the property is comfortable and the staff are very friendly.

This time around our room was not spotless. I noticed many stains on the bathroom walls.. that was gross and I even noticed what looked to be like boogers on the walls .. that grossed me out. the 1st time we stayed at this hotel I loved it and this time I brought 4 other families with me and it was a little embarrassing to find these things on the walls. Not sure I’ll continue to stay here.

Liked the attentiveness of the employees and that it was very clean. Also, the location was great. Everything you need is a few minutes away.

Did not the fact that the breakfast that it's included runs from 6am to 9am. I feel it should run at least until 10am. Needless to say, We missed breakfast. Also, the room cleaning service starts at 9 am, and instead of having a list of rooms that have checked out, they go knocking on every room and say "cleaning service." That wakes up the guests that want to sleep in.

Only hotel of hundreds I have stayed in that has no glasses in the bathroom, called to see if maid maybe forgot to leave one but they said that is the hotel policy, if I wanted one I had to go to the bar in the lobby to request a plastic glass. Not consumer oriented on this, had to get dressed and go down to get it.

The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in is at 3, and we got there 2 hours before due to the place we came from, and they let us in after I explained them why we got there that early. The location is great close to many good places.

I loved everything about my stay! Only thing is that it states my breakfast is included with my booking, But breakfast was only fruit and cereal. I would have loved for the entire breakfast be included. Loved the pool table.

Breakfast was not an actual breakfast coverage.

El servicio de limpieza en la habitación excelente y diaria, instalaciones en excelente estado, personal amable, cama cómoda, hotel en general moderno, tranquilo y bonito.

La TV no era Smartv y no funcionaba el Screen Cast, tampoco pude conectar google chrome cast.

the bathrooms weren’t private, we could see through them & it was awkward. no access to wifi, very inconvenient. also wished we could access Netflix on tv.

The lady that clean the room it was amazingly about the details, very clean and took her time to organize and fold my clothes and put it in the closet ! I do travel all over the us and Europe and never witnessed so much attention to details

Staff, cleanliness, and amenities like pool, sun deck, fitness, and parking underground . The elevator took me from garage to floor of room privately!

Unsure how the on site restaurant worked or where things were without asking

Everything about this property was great. Brand new hotel that is sparkling clean, good food and kind staff. Absolutely loved it!

Check in was a bit painful as we were told our reservation was cancelled by Booking, but the lady had our rooms and gave them to us.
