The property has a nice quiet location on the beach south of town. Our room had comfortable beds and was one row back from the beach and we had a view of the sea. The property had a restaurant which is beach front and we had good fish burritos. The staff was some of the friendliest we have had! You can park right next to your bungalow and it feels very safe.

I loved how close the bungalows were to the beach. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Clean beach and Property. Close to the malecon yet quite and private.

I would recommend they add more palapas to their property. I wish there was a way to see the cost of taking your dogs. On the website it only states it's pet friendly but no price, would be nice to know ahead of time. Food and drinks were overpriced and just ok.

The Seaside was very clean, and they provided clean white linens and towels. Great views of the beach/ocean. The property was very well maintained and close to the downtown malecon area. Rooms have mini refrigerators, small flat screen TVs, and nice cool A/C. Showers have good water pressure and hot water. They also have an on-site bar/restaurant with a live band that plays during the afternoon. Check-in/check-out was easy. Simple clean beach bungalows. Friendly staff.

No complaints, just a suggestion: maybe add some outdoor hooks for wet sandy beach towels and swimsuits.

Place is clean, in a good location, and great for relaxing when there are not motorcycles or razors around

The bathrooms are too small, toilet super close to the wall and needs maintenance #35 and beds too squeaky #54. I understand they want to maintain the beach clean but doesn’t make sense not being allowed to have a grill, a barbecue or cooking at the beach.

the beach was beautiful! the rooms were super clean! super quiet and great parking! electricity outside and great lights at night.

we were the only ones there we would’ve loved to stay in the beach front. we were in the second row of bungalows, not far at all but next time definitely going to ask for the front. restaurant had limited food selections.

Right on the beach. The rooms are not very fancy but it has a beautiful view and a outdoor seating hut. The restaurant is also very good and the staff were very helpful and nice. They updated our room to the front row, a sea facing one on request for a charge.

The bathroom was a bit too small.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We had to request items for the room everyday, and the last day went golfing , said we needed new towels and toilet paper and never arrived . Not once had maid service even though we hung the service requested on door each day. Love the place though. Would def go back, will go back.

Comfortable place to stay on the beach in SF. Simple accomodations but totally adequate. Nice onsite restaurant. Feels like a safe place.

Getting a bit pricey, like most everything in Baja...

So these are humble bungalows right down on the waterfront. The rooms are long out of date but fine considering they’re just an affordable option in San Felipe with a view. The staff is awesome; very sweet and helpful. The grounds are kinda desolate and rundown but picturesque in their own way. Do yourself a favor and wake up for the sunrise through the window while in bed. We couldn’t figure out where breakfast was served so just hit the road.

Nothing really unexpected. Just a little rough around the edges but comes with the territory, and this nice for the price.

I really liked the place it was good but they have a lady working there very rude and talked to us very rude. we had music and we ask the front for permission they said yes but the woman showed up to our sitting area threatening us to give us a bad booking rate for having the music she really killed the vibe other than that it was good
