I like the location and it was a secure place to stay
Cleanliness of the matresses,bed sheets and blankets were not too clean at all. I mean they were clean but they had a lot of old stain which was disgusting. My recomendation will be... If they can not remove those spots eventhough they washed please don't use them again.

I love how fast check in is every time we stay here ! We get there tyred and want to rest from our trip. Rooms are inviting and we rested comfortable. Thank. You. Loved that we had a sm refrigerator and a sm dining area.
I personally prefer first floor rooms instead of second or third floor rooms.

No change. Lots of stuff was okay, not great, but it's okay.
Need more towels per room and also towels are suppose to have goles in them. More "simple" rooms, with no refrigerator nor microwave. Have more options available.

There were only two body towels, no hand towel or any of the smaller ones, and I had to ask for the tv remote but the staff went right away and delivered it and also programmed it and all!

This was a pretty good model of the brand, as seen in the States. I enjoyed my stay here, in a location beside many stores and restaurants.
A bit outdated for some, but very comfortable. A bit expensive, but had no problems here.

Small gym without maintenance. Weight machine not working, it was tied up with a cable. I did alert the attendant who stated " they would look into it".

Good Location in front of Fashion Mall, plenty of restaurants to walking distance. This hotel is pet friendly.

We stayed in Building F room 218 it was 1 King 1 Sofa Bed. Honestly the room was awesome for the prices and so much room. The FREE breakfast was delicious. Will recommend this place if staying in Tucson.
