Hotel El Farol0

-Breakfasts were fine, but next time I won't be paying for any meals in the restaurant (there are several restaurants and diners close by, cheaper and tasty, try "Las Delicias" diner, it's like 3 blocks away from the hotel) -Rooms and bathrooms were fantastic, beds are really comfortable, there's A/C in every room -The central patio and garden are phenomenal, you can buy a bottle of their wine and have a glass or two right there -Parking available inside the property for guests -Location of the hotel is ideal, very close to the town center square

-Coffee was HO RRI BLE (like, seriously... it tasted awful... coffee can make or break your restaurant) -The person at the reception desk wasn't attentive when I checked in, she shouldn't be greeting guests when they arrive, I'm sure they have more friendly personnel -I called the hotel a few weeks ago to ask if we could get a third person in the double room I booked... they said yes but they never mentioned I would be charged extra for it... -Had A LOT of issues with the WiFi at all times -Had some issues with the hot water in the shower... seems like their water heater turns on and off or something... -They placed restaurant tables in the corridor next to the restaurant's entrance, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR OF MY ROOM (avoid rooms 15 and 16 if possible)

Rooms are big, and old house but the furniture and everything was very good. Air Conditioning, very good, since there was very warm. Restaurant, the food was great and we just had breakfast. In general very, very good.

it is just a small detail, there is only one waste basket in the bathroom, and I think it shuold we at least two. and the soap should be in the shower and the sink, just little details.

The hotel grounds, rooms are very spacious and well decorated

Staff was not flexible with pets policies. We could not be with our pets (two small perfectly well behaved dogs) in the restaurant terrace even that it was very cold at night. We had to use the garden tables.

Its a very nice propierty. It captures the spirit of the city of Parras.

Everything was perfect. Just the price we paid it wasn´t the same when we made the reservation. Probably some aditional taxes or exchange rate ......eventhough what we paid was very fair. I´ll be back without any doubt

The place is beautiful, the furniture and gardens are sublime. The staff is super kind and the breakfast is delicious. Walking distance to nice dinning and main squares. Very enjoyable stay.

The fact that the room is hard to heat in this time of year makes the night rest a bit uncomfortable. There are no mats in the bathroom floor to help with the cold feet when you're getting ready and the shower head was shooting water everywhere, that didn't make a pleasent bathroom experience.

everything was fantastic. the property is beautiful and the rooms ample and comfy

my room was a bit hidden and there were available in not double bed rooms (we traveled as a couple)

Very nice hotel, close to the most important places to visit. The room is very comfortable, just the TV is too small for the room size. Breakfast really good and the service is great. The garden is very well kept

location is Great, hotel is clean and nice

no phone in the rooms to call for room service, curfew is too early and kind of annoying

Excellent food and location.

The restaurant closed at 6:00pm, I think they should stay open longer. A number of guests had to go elsewhere for dinner.
