We were able to have breakfast by the pool, wich was appreciated. Rooms are spacious.
We were there twice, this time, I feel the carpet was a little old/stinky, I would much prefer a stone/tiles. It is cleaner. Also, we used the ATM on site, many times. It felt safe, but on August 19th, 2 transactions weren't completed with an error "Failed to connect with your bank", but both accounts were debited in Canada. We have openned an investigation with our bank.

great place at great price, friendly, hospitable and caring staff but immensely inneficient, pay policies not clear, problems accepting us dollars for pay and complications in getting card approvals for card payments were annoyong. but overall a great sweet experence. will definetedly go back.

Cool hotel at a fair price.
1. They gave me a natural sponge, but no body wash to use it with. 2. There was no shower curtain, just fabric that got wet when I used the shower. 3. The curtains did not close and there was light in the morning preventing me from sleeping. 4. Nespresso isn’t real coffee, don’t serve that for paying guests. 5. The water didn’t drain in the shower. 6. The hamburger and beat salad were terrible. Don’t put ham on a burger, and get real ketchup the ketchup was too sweet.

The grounds were beautiful! the garden and outside seating for the restaurant were wonderful!
The bathrooms needed some work. The shower had black spots and holes where the tile hadn't been properly repaired or replaced. It looked like mold.

Our room’s back door directly opening to beautiful gardens, nice poolside area, lovely room and building, comfy beds and pillows. During breakfast- lovely live music from a cello and keyboard (it was Sunday)

The room was spacious with all the luxurious amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the service was good. The staff helped me arrange transportation to the Monterrey airport which was very much appreciated.
