Hotel Guadalajara Plaza Expo

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast team were warm and were very accommodating to all of our needs. The breakfast selection was amazing with lots of fresh fruit and both Mexican and continental options. Walking distance to Expo Guadalajara and a short bus ride to the city centre.

The windows in the property did not open/close so not well ventilated.

Great breakfast, especially the made to order omelettes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Showers were very roomy and had great water pressure. Convenience store located across the street.

Airconditioning was really cold and the walls were thin- I could hear neighbours next door talking on the phone, or the cleaners going past in the morning.

Breakfast was good, could have a little more variety of eggs. Initially all buffet was warm to cold, however after telling waiters they immediately responded and heated and brought new stuff. Very good service and waiters in addition to very helpful front door men and concierge.

Pool was closed and terrace area needed maintenance. Was made to pay all stay in advance and had trouble arranging for late check out as they would only agree to 1:15 late check out when check in is at 3:00 p.m.

Location. Breakfast was included. Good service in the restaurant. Rooms were nice and clean. It was not noisy.

In front of the elevator doors on the 2nd floor, someone spilled a sticky liquid and it was dirty. It was like that since Saturday night. We left on Monday morning and it had ot been cleaned 😕

It was nice and clean, a lot of amenities.

Gym equipment wasn’t all functional. Breakfast was every morning, coffee wasn’t served to us right away on the last day, nor were we asked if we wanted more.

The hotel has a nice lobby and a very welcoming staff. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is generous. It is very good value for money. in addition, they have an agreement with a taxi service that charges a standard and reasonable fee to the airport or the central Bus Station.

Understaffed, only one girl in the front desk to get all the check ins and outs. She looked overwhelmed. Food at breakfast buffet was not warm, tasteless fruit. Could not enjoy much the stay because we got covid.

In spite of turning off the A/C the room was very cold, and I had to use the two blankets supplied. Same thing with my travelling companion in another room, only he didn't find the blankets so froze.

The beads are fabulous! The size of the room was perfect, and it was always very clean.

Only the elevator don't have a sign about how much weight it can support, and my family was stuck for 10 minutes.

The breakfast is good, BUT TOO MANY PEOPLE AND WE WAITTING FOR A LONG TIME. THEY NEED MORE SPACE AND MORE STUFFS.
