I liked the fact it was basically 1 min walk from the city centre. Staff was helpful and friendly for everything.

The only thing that I personally found unfair was the breakfast. It was included, yes. HOWEVER, it consisted of (that day): a glass of orange juice, American coffee, few slices of fruit with yoghurt on top and LITERARILY 4 pieces of bread. If you wanted something more, then you had to pay for it. this hotel was not the first I visited with breakfast included. I never had though such a poor and miserable portions. they really crossed me when I dared to ask more bread and they covered 20 mexican pesos for literally 4 more slices of bread. miserable! You either give a proper breakfast or don’t offer it. I felt teased by them!

Excellent location and good value for money. We rented two rooms, one had two floors and can host up to 4 people as there are two bathrooms and two double beds. Continental breakfast is included. There serve fresh fruit with yogurt, coffee, juice, bread with butter and jam. Very helpful staff and silent environment.

Great location, short walk to all of Centro and all that it has to offer. Quiet. Exceptionally clean. And a fantastic staff that is always there to help.

The location is great, just a short walking distance from the main plaza, about 3 blocks. The breakfast included with the price was only a continental breakfast but other menu items were available. Our two level unit was very nice, comfortable and sufficiently spacious for four adults. The bedding was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, professional and eager to assist. Overall our stay was very comfortable. This hotel has a very welcoming feel to it, with beautiful décor and a beautiful courtyard. Great value for the price.

Our unit was a two level unit with a nice, full bathroom on the upper level and only a 1/2 bathroom in the lower level, however the lower level bathroom smelled strongly of sewer. Very unpleasant. Some of the spot lighting in the lower level were missing or not working. There were no luggage racks provided and the lower level did not have any closet or shelving space. There was no A/C in the unit contrary to the description on Booking.com, and there was only one fan provided initially. I had to request a second. Housekeeping did not provide an extra roll of toilet paper upon cleaning so we had to request more toilet paper on most evenings. The king size bed on the upper level lacked pillows, only two standard pillows provided.

Very friendly and helpful and very accommodating staff that were not overbearing. The continental breakfast was a nice treat and the extra meals were provided at a fair cost. Our request for extra toiletries was filled very promptly.

The wifi did work in the second floor of our master suite. No one explained to us how the lockbox in our room worked. It appeared to work on a code input basis but was actually a key lock system.

very close to downtown and the breakfast is simple but fresh the room are very clean the people that work there are very helpful

The location is close to downtown, restaurants, museums. The hotel is clean, and breakfast was really good. The personnel were excellent in customer service, very helpful and very professional. Love this place will be my place to stay from now on. Thank you😍

It is a good place for rest, and enjoy the travel around Morelia, the installations are comfortable , and the room is clean, and invite to rest.

The room looks more small than pictures, and the restroom again is too small for 2 peoples.

I didn't like it because they didn't let me in at least an hour before. I wanted him to pay half a night to let me in and he never let me in until 3 pm when I got there other people arrived and it took almost 45 minutes to get in. fourth that frustrated me a lot I was very tired

I like the layout of this hotel. Stayed here in the past with my husband and my friend. My husband and I had our own space on the second floor and my friend had hers on the 1st floor with her own toilet.
