Great location! It’s right in the heart of San Pancho and easy to walk to everything. The room was nicely decorated with a cozy patio. Nice amenities and clean.

While the location is wonderful, the block the hotel is on has several roosters that crow ALL day and night. All night is not an exaggeration. I had read some reviews about the roosters prior to our stay & I kind of laughed it off, but the reviews were 100% accurate! Our room was right at the front of the hotel so we could not escape them. You could hear street noise and people coming and going from the hotel, but honestly the roosters were the biggest bummer. I’m sure the rooms in the back of the hotel are spared from this noise, so I would highly recommend trying to get a back room.

The property is beautiful with a lot of charm. The room I rented was a beautiful huge space with a palm tree growing through it. Such a great effect, and they set it up so no bugs can get in. The room was one huge space. Totally relaxing. I spent several evenings on the balcony reading and listening to the rain showers. The kitchen had all of the items I needed and the bathroom was well stocked.

The wifi was terrible. Barely ever had a signal in my room. It only seems to work in the front half of the property - which is a disappointment considering all of the rooms in the back of the property. I really hope they can address this. The cell signals are spotty so having wifi is really important. Also, the controls for the ceiling fans don't really work.

Emazing hotel in a beautiful place with stunning view. We loved our nice and spacious room which had such a great view, nice balcony and comfortable bed. The palm in our room was fantastic! The hotel is located close to all restaurants and the beautiful beach. The personal was helpful and friendly. We loved it!

The only things that could be improved was that our welcome was a little bit frosty and we had to carry our heavy suitcases without support 3 floors upstairs. The fantastic room deserves a better bathroom. Despite of this small topics it was a great time and we enjoyed our stay so much. We will return!

We stayed in Palmar for 8 nights and had a great time. The location of the hotel was unmatched, the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and amenities like fresh water fountain and water hose to wash sand off your feet near the entrance were great.

The room we stayed in was closest to the front desk and street on the ground level, which meant we heard everything. The walls were paper thin. In the future, I would definitely try to book a room further back and on a higher level.

The location is perfect, a few blocks from the beach and 50m from the Main Street. There is a microbrewery and the best tacos in town on the same street, as well as a laundry service and little store. Right next door is an absolutely amazing yoga studio (El Star) with incredible spa services at a great price. The rooms have a kitchenette and fridge which is very convenient, water is provided by a filter tap in the kitchenette. I highly remained staying here!

Everything was great no complaints.

The location, the staff and the property all met the expectations we had. They had the room stocked with many needed necessities for the kitchenette and bathroom. The bedding was extraordinarily comfortable.

It would have been helpful to have a microwave in each room and an ice machine on the property.

Staff was amazing and so helpful! The property was super lush and gorgeous, room and balcony were a great size and a really cool space with everything we needed. Amazing location a 2 minute walk to the main street and right next door to an awesome yoga studio + massage. The arranged taxi service and onsite covid tests for us! Great value.

We had a bit of a leak in our room due to it being rainy season, but they gave us extra towels and it wasn't really an issue after the first night.

This eco hotel is peaceful and beautiful filled with lush plants and a water filter. They take extra care to be eco friendly. The roof yoga room is great too!

Our room was right by the road and very noisy. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The hotel is really beautiful and decorated with good taste. There is nothing I did not like. At my room I liked also the kitchenette and balcony. Pool area is relaxing with waterfall. Pool is not big, but you can swim in it. Pool chairs were comfortable. Area has all the restaurants right outside. Beach is few blocks away at walking distance. Staff was very nice and helped me to get taxi to Puerto Vallarta.

The property is located close to all conveniences and is just stunning. The rooms were spacious and clean. And the staff was super friendly and helpful.
