Im a heavy internet user, the WIFI works really really well. I'm able to even play some games without any lag problems. The breakfast are pretty good. Room is comfortable and clean. location is convenient.

There is once when I was washing my face, the water turn brown, I assume it is because someone is fixing the pipe. Also, I don't like how the room doesn't have a major white light. Only a few yellow lights make me feel sleepy. there is no hair dryer, and the cloth washing machine is pretty nasty. I can see how the washing machine has been used for a long long time without cleaning.

As is usually the case in Mexico, the staff was absolutely lovely, and they dealt well with my many initial questions. The room was quite large, and the bed was comfy. It was nice to be able to see Cerro de la Silla from the window in the room. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was decent.

The breakfast was ample, but I would have liked a bit more variety. It was essentially the same every day. While the location was good, in hindsight, I would have preferred being a bit closer to the Macroplaza and the Barrio Antiguo. I got my exercise walking, though, so not all bad!

Very convenient location, close to all kinds of services. Free and secure parking. Rooms were roomy and comfortable, with fast wifi and an HDMI connection to the large flat screen so you can plug your laptop and enjoy your own streaming. Bed was comfortable. Overall a great value for the price.

No room service.AC didn't keep the temperature and tended to run cold.

The hotel was exceptional = everything you would want from it. Check-in//check-out at 12 and 3 pm respectively. Nice , neat and freshly built and with an interesting design rooms (they even have usb sockets in wall plugs). Full and very diverse breakfast 7 am-- till 11 am - you have an unlimited choice between several dishes including scrambled eggs, potatoes, fruits, waffles, coffee and juice, and so on. Spacious half-empty parking for 2$ per day, convenient location - 20 min of walking to MacroPlaza and all the museums. Everyday room service, very quiet inside even though the hotel was full of people. Located on a small food/bank court with KFC, McDonalds and some local eateries//coffeeshops. Good WiFi. Computers and printers available in the lobby, as well as a small conference room and small video setup with a big tv. Nice quiet air conditioning and big beds (i'm a tall person, so i  appreciate king size of beds). Two minor point for improvement = it is slippery in shower, good that we had a handle; not all receptionists speak English well, as a hotel in the centre of a huge city i think it's a must. We will be back definitely.

the service at front counter and the kitchen awesome but communication telling us we didn’t have hot water was pretty bad I shower with cold water they never say nothing I didn’t like that

they should tell me they have a problem with hot water and I would get another hotel asap I didn’t appreciate it at all

Pretty close to the US CAS Center. Bastante cercano al CAS de Visas de US.

TV experiencing lagging, bathroom (extraction system) not working properly. La TV tenía un retraso, se perdía el audio; el sistema de extracción del baño no funcionaba adecuadamente.

I would highlight the location, the comfort in the bed and the breakfast. the staff was incredible, i got the need to move my check in to early check in and make all they can to get me inside before planned.

the Smart tv was not connected to the internet and the bathroom extractor was not working.

Not very good, but it is valuable. The location is good, and the wifi is good. There is a printer at the front desk, it is very convenient to use.

The key card could not touch any other card or phone. Or it may be useless. The staff could not speak English, so we use translation app to communicate.

Breakfast here includes Mexican traditional food + fruits / coffee and cookies in General i Like it

The breakfast/early lunch was better than expected! Very happy about having a continental and traditional mexican options. The hotel was very cute, and it seem very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful at all times.

The hotel is hurt by its location. A couple of blocks further east would have done wonders. The hotel also needs more lounge/recreation areas. During my whole visit visit there were many groups of men waiting for who knows what in the only lounge/computers/ dining area.
