The room was very clean. Although it is a historical hotel, the rooms are updated and functional. A blow drier is available in the bathroom. The air conditioner worked very well. The hotel’s restaurant serves delicious food at a ver affordable price.
If you have mobility issues, it is very difficult to walk to the second floor. The bathroom is very small and it has a step. This is not practical for elderly or people with mobility issues. The hotel’s restaurant closes at 10:30 pm, but the staff work past 11 pm to clean. They are loud.

we enjoyed staying in the historic building
while we chose to visit during the Day of the Dead we didn’t realize that we would have to contend with pounding music right outside our room on the street competing with the music from the inner courtyard. this would be the perfect hotel any other week of the year but I would avoid it during day of the dead.

The size of a bed in the family room should be bigger for a couple. Although I had organised the left luggage in advance the staff weren't aware. If you were staying longer than a couple nights you might like a view from the room.

Perfect location, beautiful building. The food in the restaurant is very good. There's drinking water available directly outside the room.
The rooms face the restaurant, that makes them a bit noisy in the mornings. I had to work for a couple of hours, the plug and the lights near the desktop were not working... I did not report them though, I just sat by the bed.

I loved the location, it's a confortable place because on weekends they close the front street for pedestrians. It has a good restaurant in the first floor.
The room didn't have natural light, it didn't have a window, so it felt a little to closed up. And it needed a full body mirror so you could see yourself perfectly.

We loved this hotel. One of the oldest buildings in Queretaro, the hotel has a beautiful inner courtyard with a fountain, where you can sip cocktails or eat a meal. It was authentic, chic, and felt like one was stepping into another era. Reception spoke excellent English. In contrast to the lovely historic courtyard, rooms were modern and very comfortable. Very reasonable rates.

Location was ideal for visiting the historic sites in the center of the city. The room was exceptionally clean, while the food and "Live Music" were wonderful. A 100 year old gemstone.
Staff were most helpful, friendly and professional. Near to the most important historical sites. Moonlight in the plazas was breathtaking! Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city!

The first room assigned was too small and the A/C blew on my face all night-long. Once, I was relocated into another room, this was exceptional. Food was excellent as well.

Lovely old hacienda. Great location.
Check in was rushed and incomplete. Room was noisy. We were at the street. The rooms are around a central courtyard which is the restaurant so there was noise from that direction also.
