This was by far out the best hotel we've stayed during our 4 weeks trip in Mexico . It was such an relaxed vibe. We traveled with a 3 year old who is difficult with going to sleep. But because it was so quiet we didn't had a problem with that. Although the hotel is one block of the main square were some restaurants are, it was also during the night very quiet. It was a perfect Location. And than I didn't even mentioned the staff. They were so nice and we felt so welcome. They speak good English. And everything was super clean! The breakfast was good. Fresh fruits some toast and coffee or jus or tea. This is a real hidden gem. For us the best there was. Thank you so much!

Super nice staff. I was able to check in at 3am (early arrival with ADO bus). Breakfast was nice too. Room was very comfortable. Hotel was right in the centre of town.

The staff tried to help me the best they could, although it was sometimes difficult due to the fact that their English wasn’t too good and my Spanish isn’t too good. They try to keep the property as clean as possible, which means they sometimes start really early with sweeping leafs :)

Very clean and spacious room (room 6) Great shower, good pressure and very hot. Air Conditioning worked very well. Free filtered water available. The hotel organised for us to get antigen tests on the premises ready for our onward journey. The breakfast was small but adequate and reflective of the price we paid. It included tea or coffee or orange juice, toast with jam or peanut butter or Nutella and a bowl of fresh fruit with granola. The location was very central within walking distance to the lake. The staff were extremely helpful, our bus didn’t leave until 11pm and we were able to store our bags, use the wifi, showers, toilet and free water. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel Casa Lima is a hidden gem: excellent customer service, excellent location, fair booking prices, and clean facilities and bedrooms! Flor, the host, is really nice, professional, and accommodating. She even made me a cup of tea when I told her I wasn’t feeling well. They were always willing to help me with any questions or concerns I had about anything! I ended up staying a few extra days due to feeling like home. They also have water to fill up you bottle water at no additional cost. Bedrooms were spotless and sanitized. Overall I’m very satisfied, so I’ll definitely come back!

Bed and pillows are little hard for me, but no other complain.

Property is right next to the main square, great location! Also nice place to relax for a few hours, hammocks, comfy outdoor tables and chairs. Breakfast area is nice and spacious. Staff welcomed us friendly. Room was cleaned daily, very clean! Overal we had a lovely stay, one of the most comfortable this trip.

Breakfast was fresh fruit, 1 piece of toast and coffee OR juice. You can order extra breakfast a la carte at extra charge. The standard breakfast wasn’t filling for us, but the fruit was nice.

We absolutely loved lovely garden with all the lights and seating areas including hamacas. The rooms are comfy and stuff helpful.

Basin is out of the bathroom, which is little odd. The breakfast is fine and tasty, however it can be bigger (there is juice or hot beverage, both choices is not possible) and fruits with seeds and yoghurt and one piece of toast is not sufficent for everyone.

The location was very good, close to the square where there are lots of restaurants and walking distance to the lagoon . Not far from the bus station. The room itself was comfortable

The room looked cute and the bed were really comfortable for the price. They provide unlimited water so you can recharge your bottle at the fountain. The breakfast was very simple but prepared with love. we were happy to have it and was what we needed. The staff was adorable and accomodating.

The toilets smell like sewer from time to time and the room were too dark. We could not open the curtain too much as they were located in a hallway.

Warm welcome (Hello to Humberto :)) . He let us look at 3 rooms and choose the one we liked best for the same price. Great service for breakfast also !. Best location in town. Comfortable beds, rooms, Nice hot shower. The villa is super cute and you feel at home. We appreciated to be able to fill up our bottles of water instead of wasting plastic. Highly recommend!

Great continental breakfast. Location was great walking distance to lagoon, city park & many restaurants. Very pretty setting with comfortable outside seating & inside gate parking. Comfortable beds & nice bathroom. This came highly recommended from a friend & I would certainly recommend to others
