Room is spacious, unimpeded view of the Pacific Ocean as promised, shower has good pressure, location is very central - close to everything

There's an arterial road right in front of the hotel, which could get noisy - not so much traffic noise, but the pulmoneras (golf-cart taxis) and ATVs passing by often blast music late into the night. AC also makes quite a bit of noise, but it actually masks and mitigates the traffic noise/ music. Wifi is fine, but for cellphones you have to sign in every so often (not sure about duration, maybe half an hour), otherwise you'll end up using your own data.

Staff was great! Location is good, directly across the road (a very busy road) from ocean beach. Nice heated good size pool. Room was cleaned every day to high standard.

The noise from the traffic was really loud. I paid extra for an ocean view room, but after the 1st sleepless night due to traffic sounds & loud music coming from every taxi & pickup truck used to transport groups of people all night long, we requested to be moved to the back of the property. They would not refund difference in cost of ocean view to no view room, but the room in back was much quieter at night.

We liked the location as it was close to everything but the noise on the Malecon at night is loud. We switched to a lake side room and it made a world of difference. I wouldn’t spend the money on the view if you want to get any sleep.

They only had one person that spoke really good English so it was hard to converse with the staff.

Pool designed for kids including 2 water slides. Our room had a sofa that turns into a bed. Balcony view to El Malecón. Movable table for kids to play with toys.

Elevator was too slow, very hot without AC and not easy to access since it was very busy. I would have liked to get more towels for a family of 5. Needs a towel/mat at the exit of the shower. The AC was too loud, especially at night.

they gave us a beach front hotel room, very kind.

check in is too late… at 4 p.m. they could AT LEAST give the pool passes at 10 a.m or so. many hotels let their guests use their pool prior/after check in/check out

location was perfect, pool is great, rooms are big, view is amazing, beds are comfy. staff was very helpful

i wish we could had checked in earlier. with 2 kids under 2 and a family of 17 reserving 5 rooms, it was stress full to wait 5 hours for our rooms. fyi.. floors are a quite slippery!!

everything was fine

The only thing we didn't like was that when we checked out they didn't let us be in the pool area. We weren't going to get in, we just wanted to pass the time while we had to go to the airport

Everything but the most was the Beach right across the street

The bunch of raccoons at the pool area, please do something about it, I couldn’t eat comfortable. Sorry but they are asking for food and that is disgusting.

I could say location, location, location but the reality is the great service! From reception (Ruben & Eriberto) the Security, Porters and the cleaning personnel. Very friendly. Apart from a clean room, you can trust them. Especially Angeles, she was awesome!

It may be considered an old Hotel but the quality of service is 5 star’s
