George was the best. He helped get us around and also provided very good suggestions. His customer service as well as the gentleman on the evenings were so courteous and attentive to me and my friend. Maintenance was also so great with our particular requests. Thank you so much for that. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. AC and light was great. Balcony was perfect for sunbathing.

Check in at night for a solo female traveler is very dangerous. I was not emailed or texted to go to the other hotel to pick up the keys. Finding an Uber so close to midnight was nerve-wracking. The breakfast was ok but did not seem very fresh. The fruit was the best part. The lady at the front desk on my last day to check out could use some customer service training. I felt so ignored. There is no elevator and the stairs are definitely a danger if you are not careful. But Overall I would stay here again.

This hotel is lovely and beautifully remodeled. Huge comfortable beds .. very large rooms ...great breakfast ... huevos motuleños delicious! Super great location for proximity to Paseo de Montejo ... Shops, restaurants and bars and numerous monuments (monumento a la Patria) & small parks.

A little bit of a hike to El Centro (2 km) but very easily walkable if you can tolerate the humidity 🥵. Had to carry our keys around with us at night. Garden and pool area a bit smaller than what photos depict.

We have slept perfectly, had a nice balcony, the breakfast was great with fruits, juice and additionally with a fresh prepared hot plate. Super nice service. The pool and garden is a relaxing location.

The hotel is close by the main CityCenter, all in walking distance, just the last 300 meters to the hotel are a bit uncomfortable to walk.

We booked online and arrived 15 minutes later at the hotel (slightly earlier than normal check-in time at 3pm). We assumed we'd need to wait given we had only just reserved, but they had the reservation already noted and the room ready for us. The hotel is small and personal, with very well designed spaces and parking - and just a short walk to the Monetejo. Perfect for us.

We really love the stay in this beautiful hotel , loved the design, practically of the room with comfortable king size bed, great water pressure with hot water, additional balcony, spacious room with mini fridge, coffee machine, work table, iron machine, locker and super clean space . Breakfast was freshly prepared hot food with orange juice , fruits sectional of choice was fantastic. Pool and outdoor are with trees are beautiful. Super quiet at night yet close to everything. We had a parking area and great wifi. Everything you look for a comfortable stay was there. Super friendly and polite staff. We will return. Everything was perfect

The hotel is small...6 rooms...some with private patios overlooking the pool and garden. A short walk to Paseo Montejo. Merida's large boulevard of shops and restaurants, and 15 minutes on foot to the city centre.

Great breakfast, lovely pool area, everything very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful in organising an early morning taxi for our departure, and also accepted our booking very last minute in the first place. It was a great stay!

When the staff weren't in reception, it wasn't clear how to contact them if we needed help or assistance with anything.

beautiful hotel with very nice and helpful staff. I had a room with a beautiful terrace, breakfast was fantastic. wifi good, pool was enough to cool off. very good location close to the street with good restaurants. the hotel has private parking which was very helpful.

location of hotel was a few blocks further away than I had hoped from central town area in a nondescript area. (I have Parkinson’s). But, front desk called taxis when needed and it was efficient. 4 block walk to beautiful area with nice restaurants.

the location is alright, if you are ok to walk 29 minutes to the city centre. 5 minutes away from the park though not many things in the seas no bar the room terrace can do with a bit of care
