Breakfast has a lot of variety and good taste. The Korean restaurant in 15 floor and the pub in 16 floor is also good. The stuff in the receptionist can speak English so there’s no difficulty to ask them something.

Sometimes, I found dust on table and some facility and tiny color on towels. I hope it will be cleaned more. In terms of the location, I can go to convenience store easily , but from center of UB city, it’s better to use taxi because road is sometimes difficult to walk.

Very good location and lots of great amenities. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. There is a good Korean restaurant on the top floor and a nice cafe on the ground floor. Bank, restaurants and convenience store just across the road

The Irish bar on the top floor played incredibly loud music most nights until midnight which wasn’t ideal. I stayed on the tenth floor out of sixteen and I could hear the music very clearly.

The bathroom floor has no sink. Shower curtain was useless against spills. They need to solve this issue.

I never eat breakfast, but tried it once here and got addicted to it. Perfect bacon and nice pancakes. Lovely staff who showed me around town The Room is almost 5 Star and has a good size. Most things were better than expected

Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel rooms are very comfortable.

Breakfast choice wasn't mine. Wedding parties and karaoke at times too loud. Asked to move to another room, wasn't a problem

The room was spacious, breakfast was more than adequate, the shower was comfortable and the view was great!

The communication with the staff in English was somehow difficult. However, they were welcoming, helpful and polite.

I definitely recommend this hotel. Room was clean and spacious. View was fine, mostly I appreciate the service of the staffs.

Check well to make reservation if there is a breakfast included or not unless you can pay 12 dollar and you can have it. It seems gigantic for me.

Very friedly staff, clean and well equiped room. Restaurant and pub offers wide wariety of food and drinks.

Room equipment and furniture are a bit worn out.
