Red Hotel Marrakech

It is my third time in the Red Hotel, this time we had fresh renovated room, it was excellent. We loved the room, it is new, very clean, calm and stylish. The staff is very friendly and professional, they are super nice and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location, we always go here also because it is just in front of the gare station and not far from the airport. We tried the restaurant in the hotel, the food was great. The pool is also nice and helps when the weather is hot. So happy to have chosen the red hotel again! We will come back! Thank you very much!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Red Hotel Marrakech. It is a beautiful and comfortable hotel right next to the central train station which was very useful for us, because we visited different cities by train, and we could easily do that from here. The hotel has a beautiful pool, a great snack bar (with an always smiley and friendly staff, including the kind Samad) and a nice spa. The crew is amazing, they always helped us immediately with every question we had about our Moroccon trip. Highly recommended.

It’s at a busy place, so it is quite loud, even at night. It did not bother us at all, but if you are sensitive to noise it can be an issue.

The Red Hotel staff is superb. The breakfast was excellent, with omelettes and Moroccan crepes and pancakes made to order. The only negative thing was that the room air conditioning is set to work on a seasonal schedule, so it could not be turned on until May 1. This is a problem in Marrakesh, where the temperature can be very high well before May 1. The room was borderline uncomfortable, but I was exhausted enough that I managed to sleep. Opening the window is not an option, as the street noise is very, very loud.

Possibility of using the air conditioning in the room. Also, the pool was out of service.

Just few steps from the Marrakech central train terminal, near to the national theater and the must seeing’s in Marrakech town. The room is big with comfortable bed, plasma tv, Wi-Fi,a/c, bathroom and tea,coffee. Amazing pool outside, good view from the balcony and pleasant breakfast buffet. The people who works there are great and extremely friendly.

What went well? IT ALL DID. Firstly had problem with the room safe. Within 5 minutes , fixed and was shown fully how to use. Smartly dressed staff extremely friendly, helpful, spoke perfect English and ALL went out of their way to assist you. The pool was excellent along with the two staff who made you comfortable daily. We booked here for the pool. My wife was not disappointed. Breakfast was more than i expected even to having eggs cooked fresh to your requirements. Far better than the usual Moroccan breakfast. Everything clean and the room was cleaned, towels and bedding changed daily !!!. location was excellent for us walking and short taxi rides, 20dhs to various locations. Plenty of nearby restaurants, bars and cafes. Next time I'll have a balcony !! . I am English having retired to Tangiers 7 years ago.

Really hard to find anything. I have been all around the world and this hotel come in the to 3 and the other 2 were twice the price. Only coffee was Nescafe. No thank you. Starbuck across the road next to railway station 9'o'clock curfew cramped our nightlife but that's not this hotels fault

I have been coming here for many years so i do see positive changes: The staff is very professional, always with a smile and ready to help. The new manager Mohamed is also a very proactive managar towards the guests, this is really a plus ! And offcourse the location is the best.

The location of the hotel was very good because it was in the city centre near a lot of attractions and the room was very clean. It was cleaned every day. The staff did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable. They even helped book some of our tours.

It was quite noisy at times because there were works going on above our room.

Fantastic location we were upgraded to new rooms on 5th floor which were very good. Location brilliant near to everything. Manager was very good always asking how our stay was and if any problems he could solve. Definitely would come back again and very good pool and breakfast. Older rooms are as not as good as what we had

Great stay , booked 3 rooms in total which we requested to be close together and got. Clean spacious rooms with great powerful shower. Rooms did lack a kettle and iron , however we had a travel iron with us so not an issue. Reception staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast with so much choice. Had a great stay and would recommend. Very close to airport.

Everything! Amazing hotel. Lovely staff very clean rooms and good facilities.. highly recommend this hotel, one of the best in Marrakech. Mohammad, Jauwad, hassaina, Lamia and Siham are very, very helpful and very friendly and go out of their way to help.
