Location was great. Very convenient since it was right next to the train station. Everything was very new as well. So it was a great experience over all. I liked the view too. I had a great stay :)

The airconditioning was a big question mark for me. The control panel was on the wall (not remote). I tried to switch it off, but it didn't respond. (Perhaps it was not possible/allowed to switch it off?) I thought I followed instructions the right way, but perhaps I was doing it wrong eventually. The issue was: the airconditioning unit was blowing air directly on the head side of the bed, so it was getting quite cold after a while since it was blowing cold air directly on my face and head. Eventually I moved my pillow and slept on the other side of the bed. It solved the issue for me for a 1 night stay..

Great location. Close to the restaurant/café area as well as to the train station and the bus stops in front of it. No smell. Responsive elevatiors. A coffee machine at the reception. I mostly could not hear the neighbors. A reception clerk took a minute to give me a brief introduction to the neighborhood. I was going to stay there 1 night, ended up staying 4.

The chamber maids chat loudly in the hallway and seem for some reason convinced it is a good idea to bang at your door at 10:30am to offer one clean towels. If one does not answer, they would invite themselves in the door. Bizarre. The air exaust system in the bathroom makes a constant hissing sound. Worse, if you leave the entance card in the slot, the very noisy air conditioning unit always comes on at 4-5am. It can get quite noisy in the street beside the hotel. Many drunk French voices heard outside on the 14 of July night.

I loved the location and the fact that it was very quiet. Check in and check out were very smooth and the staff very friendly. We opted out of breakfast, and ate out, as breakfast seemed a bit too pricey. For the 15 EUR / person we could get nice coffee and sandwiches for two at the nearby cafe.

The trash in the bathroom hadn't been taken out, and also there was not enough toilet paper. There were no glasses in the bathroom to put our toothbrushes so I had to keep them in my toiletries bag and they dampened everything in the bag. Also, there is very little room for clothes, 3 hangers and no shelves, just a rack. A bit unusual, but we made it through to the end.

Pretty good. I would have liked more selection of fruit for breakfast. Room was nice and spacious, as was the bathroom. The rooftop bar is a great feature. Location was extremely convenient and central. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Something you may not be able to resolve without installing soundproof windows - the street cleaners drove around the hotel on bleeping, whirring, whooshing cleaning machines very early one morning. I was wearing earplugs but the noise still woke me up!

The Hotel is right in front of the train and bus station and close to the city center. The staff was very kind and able to satisfy all my requests. The room was extremely clean, I must say the cleanest hotel I have been in the Netherlands. The bed was comfortable, with a hard matrass (finally not a super soft one). The bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast was various and good, and there is the possibility to sit in a terrace with the view of the whole city.

I would have liked more pillows to choose , they were all too high. There wasn't a water kettle to prepare a tea in the room.

This hotel is built to look like a hip luxury hotel, but I'd say it's a very good 3.5 stars. The location is absolutely amazing with beautiful view on the station if you're lucky, so that probably made up a big part of the price. An included mini fridge would've been nice. -Sleeping: Large and comfortable bed. The air conditioning came with clear instructions and could be turned off. Despite my room facing the busy central station I could only vaguely hear people's voices and had no trouble sleeping. -Room: Lighting is good, with a good desk to work at. Spacious but the 'modern' carpet (it's all eyes) might scare small kids. -Bathroom: Spacious and had the best quality shower I've experienced in a hotel. No rain shower, but even the regular eco setting was incredibly powerful. Good lighting and mirrors to do make up at. -Roof top bar: Nice! Excellent selection of drinks, too, and decent prices for a hotel. The cocktails were good. The hotel was nice and quiet, but I had the impression there weren't many guests. The roof top bar only had 2 other guests when I visited at 10pm on the Wednesday.

It's not uncommon for hotels, but the room doors slammed shut with a BANG and a shake! The neighbour slamming their door was loud enough to make me jump. But I did notice that everyone only did it once and was careful after that, haha.

Well positioned next to train station (without train noise), comfy but firm enough bed, clean (incl bathroom), good breakfast, nice restaurant (only had breakfast there) with a nice rooftop and nice views.

Assume this is temporary, but the first morning there was very loud construction noise (from outside?) very early, but the hotel assured that would not happen again (as it was not per the agreement) ... Second morning they indeed started much later and was barely audible. The one thing that annoyed me a bit was the small green light from the climate control device on the wall, which feels very bright in the dark room. I used a piece of paper to dim it. ;-)

The most important thing is: we really had a lovely time here. Super friendly staff. Nice, clean and noise-free room with high quality beds en great shower. Wonderful location, much closer to the city centre than you would think, looking at the map. We also enjoyed great breakfasts here.

We had single beds (we had requested a double and the hotel promissed to do what they could, but we got singles anyway) and the design of the room is such that you cannot push the beds together. So, although we had a good stay and the staff was super friendly, we probably wouldn't come back here again. For the same amount of money I would rather book a room in a hotel where I can be sure that we can have a double bed or push the single beds together. If the double / single bed thing isn't an issue for you: this hotel is a really good choice.

If you are a train lover, this is your place to stay, since many of the rooms like the one I stayed in overlook the main train station. It is so close that you can walk there in just a few minutes from the station. It is also near lots of restaurants. Breakfast is in the restaurant on the top of the building and their breakfast was great. They also have an observation deck up near the restaurant with fantastic views of Arnhem. If you are bike touring to Arnhem, they do have a storage area for your bikes and they will be safe and secure.

Excellent location, with great views from both my room and the 6th Floor Breakfast area. Comfortable and clean with friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable. Bathroom well appointed with an excellent (for a hotel) shower. Wifi was free and worked well with a good signal at all times. Adjacent to railway and bus station (but not noisy) and just a short walk to the centre of the Town.

The Bar and Roof Terrace weren't open. Breakfast was the only meal available - good though it was. My room was quite small with little space for hanging, or even storing, clothes - OK for a short stay, but not so much for a longer one.
