The rooms are spacious and the beds are separated also the duvets are separate which is very nice. There were plenty of extra pillows. Wide choice of television channels with Netflix as a bonus. Everywhere enough sockets and the possibility to ventilate with either air conditioning or an open window. Handy was the small refrigerator. Coffee (Nespresso) and tea facilities were fine. In-room safe also convenient. Shower and bathroom fine with enough space to put your things down. The dispensers in the bathroom are convenient and better for the environment. Parking is free at the hotel. Quiet location and perfect if you want to get to England by boat early. There is a traintrack nearby I don't mind but it could be a dealbreaker for someone else.

The plastic cups in the bathroom should be replaced with glasses or cups, better for the environment. A folder with information about the surroundings would also be useful. And finally 2 cups of Nespresso is a bit frugal.

Very kind staff! Location is beatiful, cosy and original, on walking distance from the beach (20 min.). Rooms were clean and comfortable. And you can park your car in front of your room, very nice with luggage.

The only things I can think about was maybe the view of the room (but that didnt matter to us), the tv was working a bit slow. And we didn't know that there was no checking out at the reception, but just leave. So I was looking for staff the next morning, but could'nt find anyone. But that was ok.

We loved the location (Hoek van Holland is in-between Rotterdam and The Hague); beds were comfortable; gratis and easily accessible parking; offered water, coffee, tea, plus, syrup waffles ('stroopwafels') in the room.

There was no promised wine or champagne (as per booking description for Geniuses); the hotel is located right next to the trainline thus one should be ready to be woken up as from 7 AM. Stairs leading to the 1st floor are a bit tricky and could be dangerous.

We always stay here on our way to the UK. Very convenient for the ferry. Excellent rooms with all one could need. Restaurant on site is very good, but we felt, expensive. However, there are alternatives in the town, only a short walk away.

We used to have breakfast on site, but this is no longer available. Arrangements have been made with the Hotel Americana, in the town. It is about 5 minutes walk away, so not a problem in good weather.

Comfortable, clean and modern room with good facilities. Convenient to port and railway station. Doesn't look much from outside but room was great.

Stairs were very steep, ok for us but anyone with mobility difficulties would need to request room on ground floor. Breakfast was at another hotel about 5 min walk. Again didn't cause us a problem but maybe an issue if weather bad.

Convenient spot for cycle touring. There was a locked shed for bikes. Rooms are easily accessed with outdoor entrance. Very clean. Helpful friendly staff. Heads up about mornings: hotel is not doing breakfast but offers it at Hotel Amerika in town just a 5 minute walk away (if you cut through Albert Heijn shop).

All was good. Just be aware they have no breakfasts on site.

Fantastic. The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever had while staying in a hotel, the staff were more than welcoming and helpful, the proximity to the beach is truly ideal, the cleanliness and modern details in the room truly make you feel at home and fancy, and accessibility and parking were definitely a highlight, too! Could not recommend more!

There was nothing I didn't like; this was truly a fantastic experience and exceeded my expectations especially for the low price!

The staff were very friendly and the room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Also the Accommodations were only 500 meters is from the Ferry ⛴ Terminal

Only One thing was when I booked it said on my email that it came with Breakfast, However in the morning I was up at 7 o’clock and did not get anything as the accommodation is separated from the restaurant. When I questioned this later in the morning they checked and said you don’t have breakfast included on you Booking??? Later I checked my inVoice and it said with Breakfast However it was a very convenient friendly place close to the Terminal I would give it 10/10 for price and location for the Ferry and 9.5 for the service only because of the missed Breakfast. .Ground floor Room 10 was excellent for wheelchair user. Immediate access from car park. Bed and wc heights excellent. Impeccably clean, well furnished and equipped with style.. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Well planned shower room

For a wheelchair user front door threshhold could do with an external mini ramp. Shower room mirror and basin too high

Large and clean room with very comfortable bed close to the port and beach. Breakfast, which was rich, was located in Hotel Amerika less than 1 km away. The restaurant related to the House offered excellent dishes as well and completed the overall stay.
