staffs were friendly and helpful. The bus stop is nearby. There is a McDonald's next to the hotel. This is helpful if you miss lunch or dinner at the airport or city.

It's away from the city and takes around 35-40 mins to reach. The bus ticket price is highly confusing. Just for 5 mins ride to the airport, the bus driver may charge 6.50 Euro. That's crazy, and it's not clear which buses do that. Ask at the reception about it. They may know.

I took a taxi because i didn't know the bus from the airport was just two stops. The taxi was 30 eurios the bus was quiclker and cost just 1.60 euros. If the hotel literature had tol me that i could have saved some money.

Location was perfect if you need to be close to the airport. The close vicinity of the hotel is nice, calm, and easy to access. Bus station is very close to hotel, from where you can reach the airport in 10 minutes, the city in 40 minutes.

I can't remember any negative event.

Staff were friendly. I asked for something and they did their best. The bus station is very close. There is a Mc Donald near by. The shower was perfect with hot water, shampoo and soft towels.

There was no hairdryer.

Very convenient location for Schiphol airport- only a couple of minutes by public bus, which go regularly and all night (better than the shuttle services that other hotels near the airport offer). Comfortable, clean, simple, friendly staff.

All good, no complaints. It is an airport hotel.

The room is not large, but offers good space for those who need a place to sleep during a connection or came to explore the city. It has good thermal and acoustic insulation, the air conditioning worked well, clean and spacious bathroom. When we asked, the room was cleaned and towels were changed. Parking is free for those staying at the hotel. The hotel does not have breakfast included, but at the reception there is a fridge with various items that can be purchased (sandwiches, various drinks, coffee) for a reasonable price. If you prefer, there is also a McDonald's very close to the hotel. There is an area near the reception where you can warm up and have your meals if you have bought elsewhere.

You will need to take a bus from the airport to the hotel (15 minutes +/-), or from the hotel to the city center (35 minutes +/-). The journey is quiet, and it is easy if you do not have a lot of luggage. You can use your contactless card to pay inside the bus, remember to do check-in and check-out. The pillows were not good. The mattress itself was very good. There are some supermarkets, but all are about 3 km from the hotel.

Of course with this price what do u expect? I mean i've been in several cheap airbnb and hotels and i must say this hotel is awsome. Not sure if it's always expensive this way 140e/night or this price is applied just in high season for tulips festival but it's totally nice, clean. Staffs r nice, helpful. They even have lockers for store ur luggagues in case u check out early and have to get back to the airport later. I really enjoy the shower, strong water pressure, convenient, comfortable, always hot water immediately. The shower cabin is big enough, not tiny like other places i've been to despite the fact that the room is quite small, just enough for a bed and a small closet. I must say they hired a good designer to design their rooms. Because for me the most important thing in a hotel/airbnb room is the bathroom, that's all. And then the location is great, just 5 min walking to the bustop connected to the airport and from there u can reach every famous attraction easily, it's like between amsterdam and the region for tulips, u can find no where else has such great location.

2e for a coffee/chocolate is a lil bit too much, maybe 1 or 1.5 e could be more reasonable, they should even do it for free with this high price for 1 night!

Great location near to the airport. Next to an eating place especially when you have a family (Macdonald). The room allocated was adequate for our needs. Hotel staffs were great. The receptionist who helped check us in was great. And the receptionist who checked us out and booked our taxi back to airport was great and her service was exceptional and professionals can't remember her name but she is a great addition to your staff. Thank you so much. Thank you entire Maxhotel team. Me and my family were grateful.

Everything! I stayed for three days, and traveled by bus to Amsterdam. It is possible to get to Harlem as well. Busses arrive every ten minutes or so, also at night. Very close to the airport as well. The staff were superb. Very polite, attentive, with advice and good problem solving. Beds were comfortable, shower and toilet were convenient, there was also a small desk for work, and the internet was super quick. There is a very good public sitting area for working, eating and preparing basic food (there are toasters), and hot water for coffee or tea is free. Also there are vending machines in the lobby for quick snack, and there are fresh pastries in the morning with coffee for a good price.

There aren't many restaurants around, but you can always order or take a bus to a nearby center. You can also walk there, it is about 25 minutes walk.

- Very easy to go to the airport. There are many bus lines running between the hotel and the airport, but take 397 if you use the day pass which includes the trip between the airport and the city centre. The other lines are not included. - Not far from the bus stop at all - Suits well the purpose of a short stay in Amsterdam when you need to go to the airport early in the morning or you arrive very late at night. - Clean and comfy room - I love that they have plenty of power outlets. - Staff is super nice. They reply to messages well and the person at reception was super nice.

- Very small room. You cannot open the large luggage, so you should put everything you need that night in the small luggage. - As an airport hotel, they should provide luggage storage for free. - The room temperature could be adjusted to like 28 deg C, but it couldn't go that high in reality. It was raining a lot when I arrived, so I was a bit disappointed at that point. The room was not too cold though. - The bus stop near the hotel is on a bridge, so you have to climb up and down stairs with your luggage. This time I came with a small luggage, but it was difficult enough as it rained very heavily.
