We liked the room, the couch looked great. There was chilled water in the fridge, the room was already toasty and warm for us when we got in after 11pm. My husband said that the bath was fantastic, we had cooking utensils. It was great. There was a separate room with 2 singles beds. The motel was easy to find. We had free parking close to our room. The room was clean and it smelt really good. Management met all of our needs and was very pleasant to communicate with in person and on the phone. My husband noticed the beautiful art, he has a great attention to detail. We will definitely book again in the future.
I think the plastic milk cartons are wasteful. My husband thought that the fan in the bathroom was horribly loud as well.

This was a very good place to stay. However it wasn’t what I asked for, as I wanted a “two bedroom unit/motel” so whoever matches request to provider needs to note specifics of request, and explain why requested option is not available. Having two separate unit meant this choice of accommodation was way more expensive than what we found elsewhere. That said we had no complaints about Bella Bista itself.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Absolutely loved how cozy the rooms were and the friendly atmosphere from the owners - Miyuki & Jason. Air conditioning is so great with a heater in both room and bathroom for early cold mornings. Ample parking space and overall great place for value!

The staff were immediately very positive and friendly upon arrival, and gave the impression that they would do whatever they could to make the stay more comfortable. The room was perfectly clean and exceeded my expectations.

The room was lovely and clean! Also being along the main road which can get busy was so peaceful and quiet. The wifi connection was also strong and the shower was nice. Bed is also comfortable for a good nights sleep. For anyone travelling Bella Vista is definetly a good place to stay to get a good nights rest.

We were in a room upstairs with a table and ashtray right outside our door. We dont smoke but had someone right outside our door smoking and leaving his butts in the ashtray. Would have been better had we not been next to this.

The aircon would only blow cold air, couldn't get heat to work. However the electric blanket was great!
