The room was clean.

The refrigerator had a lot of ice formed inside and because of this it was active more than needed prooved was noisy during the night. I asked for the wash of some T-Shirts and despite the fact they were delivered same day all of them had the room number written with a marker around the neck. The hotel staff apologised and offered to dry clean them again but we had to leave early next day and did refused. I washed them again at home and the writing did not come out.

The hotel was good for the amount paid... It was a clean environment and the people there as well as the staffs were welcoming... The breakfast was also nice where they also served indian food as well... I wanted to go to the swimming pool and gym....but unfortunately couldn't make it as I had limited time...so I can't comment on it... Overall it was a good experience... This location is at the centre...there is K M trading (Shopping Centre) nearby which is a walkable distance... It is a city and to travel to other tourist destinations it would take around 1 hour each...

Nothing in specific...the bathrooms could be even more well maintained... But I liked the experience in the hotel...

Nice breakfast with different varieties, rooms very clean and peaceful sleep on comfortable bed. centrally located immediate access any where to Salalah or inside city. facilities like 5 star hotel. all staff very polite and immediate available for room service

no covered car parking. Advise for car cleaning facility special for guests who stayed in hotel. Dinner and BBQ quality and price not worthed.

The hotel was excellent and the location was fantastic! Center of the city and easily accessible to shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were wonderful!

Though they accommodate 4 persons in a standard room, the twin bed is very much a single bed which means only 1 person can be on 1 bed. So if you have 2 adults and 2 kids, then you need to take 2 rooms. But the front desk staff managed my stay in a professional way.

Stay was comfortable and rooms were clean. Breakfast was nice with good spread.

While checking in to the hotel, the reception staff had asked us to pay for breakfast as it was not covered for the children, whereas while making the booking the rate was inclusive of breakfast. But we had to clarify this again with the reception & finally they had agreed. But this was not a good gesture from the hotel reception staff.

The staff were friendly and courteous, especially the reception staff Gibin.. - Location & Ambience was good. - Clean and well maintained rooms. - Room Service staff are always attentive and very cooperative - Housekeeping was good - Requested an additional bed for my child and my request was fulfilled..

- Room Size is small - Need to improve Bathroom Lightings

Hotel is right in middle of City Center. Very near to KFC, Banks and KM Trading. Renish at the desk and Abid at the breakfast were so helpful.

Other taxes such as Tourism, municipality, VAT are added each day after checkout. It is not listed on the website except room rates.

Fair business and short stay hotel. Well cleaned rooms and daily housekeeping service. The toilet is modern and spacious. The breakfast is fair. You can ask for pancakes, eggs, etc. They are included. The parking ground is fairly big, but not covered. Tents could be very good to avoid direct sun and heat.

The mini refrigerator in the room (702) was very noisy and stinky. They must be changed.

Breakfast was excellent Enjoyed by myself and family including kidz. Staff was very kind and humble. I do not know the names but one Pilipino lady on the counter for breakfast and one Indian guy superb services Mr. Gibin was excellent on the main counter. He was always very helping and guided us when we consulted him. I will give 5/5 for hospitality and staff of this hotel.

some flies in the room water outflow from shower area was not good

every thing was good the staff were friendly and supportive . l loved that they put toothbrush and shaving kit every thing was there .

they didnt change the dirty towels first time they change it after we told them to change.and then continue changing it every day.
