the only thing I like the staff who are in the place. specially the staff in reception, how they always greet us with smile face. and also the chef who comes to greet us in morning buffet, also a lovely person. thanks team zifan 🤛🏻

would say no to it. because of the staff kindness make me forget all other things. I don’t know much about the management but would say that the staffs are very kind and and humble.

The breakfast was very good as compared to hotels of this size ... the menu was very focussed and covered both taste buds, locals & english. The spread was not too big but really good as had everything you might need. Lassi & tea both were very good.

General housekeeping can be further improved easily.

The hotel employees are very friendly and helpful specifically housekeeping staff Mr. Mokhtar Ahmad and his team is really taking care!

for me over all good based on the location. ut the wifi needs to be improved the signals are not good in guest rooms specifically in the room 703

Location was good as it was in centre of city

Bathroom has a faulty light but despite 3 requests still they haven’t fixed it and we had to use the bathroom in a very dim light as the basin light wasn’t fixed

the location was good, staff was extremely humble and nice. room size was also fine. very friendly and family atmosphere. although i stayed alone, but if i will come with my family to visit Karachi, i will stay in this hotel.

cupboard was having slight smell, might be because it was closed for longer time Food was too oily.

location was extremely good (almost on Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, but difficult to find in night time. Excellent Hospitality services provided to us by Mr. Mukhtiar and his group members. He got the room ready for us in no time. My parents had knees problem so Mr. Mukhtiar helped us arrange the room on ground floor.

Overall our stay was wonderful. Location is excellent. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. It is a new hotel so the building and room were very clean. Housekeeping services were good.

Breakfast was average. There was not enough choices of food. They need to serve more dishes in breakfast to compete other hotels.

Breakfast is very nice , nice with great presentation. Meat need to cook better.

towels were bit smelly , and pillow and beddings need attention .

Rooms are good. The location is excellent, and the food in the room service is exceptional.
