Casa Bel

The price. It's one of the most affordable in Baguio and it's not too far from the center. The staff are exceptionally good. Very courteous and accommodating. We requested for extra pillows and we were surprised that there's no extra charge.

Not enough electric outlets in the room. This is something that is a must especially for travellers. There's a single outlet beside the bed and it is loose. The rooms we were in does not have a blackout curtains, which means the morning sun shines directly through the windows -- mornings are really early which isn't helpful if you had a late night the night before. Despite these, at its price point, it's still a good value for money.

Our entire stay was very great. The staffs are friendly and understanding (bcos of our situation before the check-in date). Casa Bel is also accessible to all the tourist spots since we only ride taxi going to SM Baguio, Burnham, and etc., and it only cost around 70-160 pesos. There was also a time wherein some guests were very loud at night (probably bcos they were drunk) and we called the front desk and they handled the situation right away. The city view is a plus since we both loved it very much!

The blankets were kind of dirty (or it is really its color?). And we highly suggest putting chairs and small table on the terrace so that we can enjoy the city view outside w/o standing hehe.

Bang for the buck! Average distance from town center. Only costs 80-100PHP of taxi to get in and out of the city center and to Casa Bel. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping was only until 4PM but we made a request at 5PM and they still accommodated because we didn't know it was only until 4PM. Room was clean and cozy. Internet speed was great. Everything was working in the room including the TV with Netflix. Great view for our room. There's a 711 convenience store below the building thus it was easy to buy food and stuff we need.

Absolutely nothing

The place is 10mins drive from the City Proper. The view from the room is great. It serves as a healing for me. It is very accessible to everything, convenient store, grocery store, restaurants, laundry shop, taxis etc. There are two restaurants in the building just ask the front desk for details.

The bathroom is kind of slippery which can be prone to accident if you are not cautious. You need to wear slippers while taking a shower. Maybe the management can place a non-slip floor mat in the bathroom. Also, i suggest them to put on wall-mounted hook rack where you can hang clothes and other stuff etc..

The place was clean and I was provisioned to have a great view of Baguio city at night. The staff are very accommodating to the point that the help desk officer opened the doors of 7/11, after his shift, immediately after recognizing that I am Casa Bel's customer. Kudos for a great work Mr. Help desk officer. Much appreciated.

I just had some difficulties when I am eating inside the room as there are no chairs and tables specifically for you to use when eating inside the room or when working.

The room was clean, including the bathroom, which is very important to us. the staff were very accomodating and friendly. they even let us checkout late for free as we couldn’t make it back to the hotel on time for checkout. Basement parking was very secured.

the tv signal was weak, so we couldn’t watch anything. but this is fine since we didn’t go to baguio to just watch tv. hot shower on our last day malfunctioned. good thing I was almost done showering. but yah, had to finish with cold water. 🥶 also, maybe put chair/s in the room. but mostly positive review for Casa Bel. will book here again.

The rooms are fine and well maintained. The staffs are also accommodating... The wifi is also good.

The view outside the balcony is not properly viewable. The tv in the rooms cannot be access even the cable, no channels and netflix you need to sign-in first. The room photos in the ads is not quite the same in actual but the rooms are fine for me for a 2 stars hotel. The parking in the basement is so small and it can only accommodate a few cars.

The hotel is located on a highway. Very suitable for those who want to stop in the middle of a long trip. The room was clean. Pleasant. nice view. Modest but really good. The staff was outstanding. We had a problem that we needed to solve and they went above and beyond to help us. They really took it upon themselves to handle the problem until it was solved. Just an amazing team. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. You really helped us

The inn is cheap so I don't expect a lot from it. But all in all, the staff were very accomodating and nice. You can do the basic things you needed like sleeping, showering with hot water, relaxing in the patio. They were also being honest that some facilities are not available. We also asked for blower and chairs that time and they were willing to provide those. We were also each given with mask and alcohol. The inn is very accessible and you can totally have a DIY travel in baguio even without car

I think the preview is different to the room we got but the biggest disappointment we had so far was we found a cockroach in the room
