Convenient location right next to Robinson's Place mall. Presenting your room card to enter mall allows you to skip ID + vaccination proof check at the door! Great value + staff service - helped to arrange for: Laundry (picked up + delivered by local laundromat) Hot water on request(no kettles in rooms) Food deliveries allowed.

Bathroom facilities could be cleaner, drainage could be improved on (water frequently made its way out of the shower quite easily. At least one room's toilets don't have proper sloping so water just fills the floor unable to drain if you use the bidet gun. There was often a smell from the bathroom drains. Some traces of mildew especially on the shower heads. Sheets often had ink marks.

Very convenient location right next to Robinson's mall. The staff are very friendly and the security seems vigilant which is good given the history of unrest in the country. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable with a good shower.

The rooms are a little inconsistent. I've stayed in 3 so far and they were all very different in size. Some had ample space to hang / store clothes, others had none. The size of the shower also varies although the power / quality of the shower is the same. Windows could do with a bit of a clean since the frequent rain seems to leave quite a bit of water marking.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning has a remote control and is very effective. The shower was fantastic with good pressure and both rainfall and a regular shower head. There's a machine in the hallway that can dispense both hot and cold water, fantastic if you're British and want to make some tea! The staff were always very helpful and the cleaning staff responded very quickly when we spilled some food on the bed and needed to change the sheets.

Would be nice to have a wardrobe to hang / store clothes. A nice addition to the communal area with the water dispenser would be a microwave to heat up food. The sheets had a few small stains / marks, I don't think they were actually dirty so it didn't bother me but it might put some people off. My room was right opposite the lift (elevator) and people could be quite loud, given I like to sleep in late that was a little bit annoying but not the end of the world. If I could have any wish then I would love a small fridge in the room to store some milk and a few things but I wouldn't expect a fridge at this price point.

I love the location; it's right by the mall so anything / everything I needed was nearby. I also love how big the beds are, to the point that it takes up so much space. I also love that there is a little lounge area on our floor with a table and chairs and water. The view from the 5th floor was also beautiful. Staff was super friendly; they will hold your luggage for you, if needed.

There isn't an option to have a late check out, unless you want to pay to have it until 6pm. Water bottles in the lobby are not free; I wasn't aware of this.

The room is quite large for the cost per night, with a comfortable bed, and clean facilities. No bottled water provided because a water dispenser is in the hallway to provide drinking water. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Location near a shopping mall and transport links also very nice.

Mall noise can seep into the room, and the hallway is not noise-damped. Conversations and equipment being moved around can be heard inside the room.

Been staying here whenever I'm in Iligan for business. Hotel is attached to a mall; convenient to buy stuff and good restaurant choices. The hotel does NOT serve breakfast but there are a few restaurants that are open early. At the time we stayed they offer vouchers for a simple breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Transportation may need a bit of advanced preparation--so plan ahead; hotel staff can call affiliated cabs anytime. Staff friendly and helpful.

forget the tv, watch programs online via wifi.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic, very attentive and friendly. Our room was very clean and great value for money. Being so close to Robertson's mall is a bonus. I look forward to staying here again in the near future. Thank you Go Hotels Iligan.

Maybe the lack of a refrigerator and an electric kettle was the only downside but I understand this helps keep down the room cost, thanks

Staffs are friendly and polite. Location is perfect beside robinsons mall. Rooms are clean. Facitlities are complete.

Tv channels are very limited.kids cannot enjoy the television since no kids shows are available. Other guests are noisy in the morning esp. during preparing for event. Hope guests can be controlled and advised to be conscious with other guest that are still asleep. Otherwise hotel is great!

Kind and considerate staff. Very good location beside the mall. Reasonable pricing.

Only one person at the check in counter (but there were two consoles so it was meant for two front desk staff), lots of guests and each one took some time to check in bec of their own personal inquiries. Suggest to send the form to people like me who book online, print and sign on site so less time for filling up forms. No toothbrush and toothpaste (perhaps just my own expectation i didn’t pack any)

Though I only stayed for 1 night, but it was really great! The room and bed was exceptionally clean and spacious and the staffs are very nice. They greet you every single time you meet them along the hallways, and the location is just outside Robinsons. Over-all, my stay was really great and I'm definitely coming back
