Manila Prince Hotel

I like everything about the hotel. Spacious lobby and the room is very comfy. I like the breakfast options. The price is reasonable for this type of hotel. Location-wise, it is a bit far from the malls but near enough to my workplace. There is some small shops next to it so it is very convenient.

The check-in process time was awfully long, which I do not understand as everything is prepaid and the hotel knew what time we were coming, and it was midnight and there was no queue as well. I am guessing it is the system. The check-out process time was very long too and waiting for the 'certificate' to exit is so third-world and unnecessary. There are no options for express check-out too! The pool was too small, not that clean, and unattended (could not get towels)

Curtains in the room need attention and window frames also need attention. Outside the window in the room needs attention big weeds growing and dirty. Too many beggers around the area. New toaster needed in the breakfast room, very slow.. No safe in the room

We love the location, it is near the areas where we visited in Manila and easy tranportation access. The room is big and clean, worth value of the money since it also have free breakfast. The staff are also very accommodating. We will definitely book again.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, polite and courteous. Food was ample and varieties were observed. Restaurant staff used to jump in to assist you whenever they thought you needed their help. In the room, the cleaners were always ready to clean the room, refurbish your water bottles and replace towels whenever you needed them to do so.

I was a little bit surprised to learn that a 4 star hotel does not provide a hairdryer. The walls of the rooms were thin enough to emit ordinary conversational sounds from adjacent rooms. The swimming pool was nicely shaped but if a guest wishes to go swimming, There is no changing room near the pool, in order to access the changing room you need to climb two floors of concrete staircase to reach it. and you can imagine what will happen when wet feet step over concrete steps on the way back to the changeling room. otherwise he/she cannot walk in his swimsuit through the reception area in order to take a dip.

A big and chic hotel in a good locaction, close to Rizal Park and Intramuros. The room is spacious with a big, comfortable bed and quite a big bathroom. Clean and nice. Buffet breakfast is served in a hotel restaurant and there is a wide choice of food and drinks, fried fish including. The lobby is stylish but freezing cold because of the air condition. What is great here is a nice swimming pool where you can cool down after sighteeing Manila. The staff is polite and the Internet very good.

My personal experience in this hotel: Very Affordable, big rooms, big, clean and modern bathroom and toilet, the selections in the free buffet breakfasts are very good and generous. The staff, from the reception, room attendants, chef, dining attendants and guards are all kind, courteous and very helpful. Immediate in attending to your needs and concerns. Would like to give special thanks to the dining attendants and chef, they took time to prepare Vegan meal for me in my 2 days stay with them. I highly recommend this hotel.

Heavy Traffic going there specially on weekdays since it is situated in a very busy location, university belt, malls, business area. Having a mini Gym would be great.

The staff was fantastic, friendly and always professional and well dressed. The facility needs some upgrading, but for the value, it was excellent. The Hotel Front Desk was always helpful, patient and professional. Over all the hotel was an excellent value. They keep it cool in the lobby and restaurant, so bring a light jacket along.

The hotel lobby was too cold to enjoy seating an down time to relax. No bar in the hotel, and restaurant menu was very limited with several items unavailable, most of the time. Also, no room service in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but calls for items needed went unanswered by housekeeping. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel and the fabulous free, buffet breakfast.

For just 2k pesos you could spend a good quality hotel including breakfast! Even though you don't have any option regarding their bfast dishes it is quite good to fill up your appetite in the morning! and the fnb staffs are very accommodating to us, and it even has a bathtub! Their lobby is very spacious. and thanks for accommodating as well our requests!

I think we're satisfied with our stay there even if its just for one night. I guess for other guests who are picky unlike us. the hotel should have options regarding their breakfast dishes, like for those who just wants bread and not rice, i think that would be great!
