Campanile Hotel Lublin

The 24/7 bar is a great feature! We used it often. Rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff was superb, friendly, and helpful. We received anything we asked for quickly. The beds were comfortable and temperature was great. Walk in shower was very nice and a pleasure to use. Morning staff was also extremely helpful for breakfast coffee (or drinks if you're on holiday). All around all staff was very nice except 1 person outlined in the didn't like section. We would recommend staying here.

Not all the staff is aware of all the amenities. One Saturday evening host was not familiar with the bar policy. May need re-training. Location was a bit out of the way, but at the price it is worth the walk.

The property offers a bath in the room. This is a great plus so a person can unwind after a difficult day.

The room was hot and the air con seemed to not do too much. Also the curtains didn’t block 100% of the light.

Having been already in Capanille Warsaw, I have to say that the hotel chain delivers and usually it's good value for the money.

For this trip my room was just opposite where the hotel stuff gathers to clean the rooms, corridors, etc. So it was a bit noisy in the morning, but it's not a permanent characteristic of the hotel, but just my room.

The location is close to the old town.

I’ve been sneezing a lot after getting into the room. Everything was clean tho, so not sure if it was something in the air. It may not be the hotel’s problem as well, so it’s just an insight :)

Very lovely staff ,the lady at the reception really helpful and also need to appreciate really hard working lady at the bar/restaurant.

The linen wasn't changed in 6 days that we stayed there but the towels were changed every day

Filling-in the check-in card with a bit of the details, my room needed a refresh.

Close to town centre. I needed a small room for 2 days. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

Not good smell in bathroom

Everything was fine. The bed was comfortable and the room is quite comfortable. Modest and convenient. Good towels )

It is strange that breakfast was given out and there was no buffet, as in other hotels of this class throughout Poland. Although he was not bad. Parking was not for free. Weird
