The location is perfect, a quiet area within walking distance of other neighborhoods. Supermarket Aldi, coffee shops are 3 minutes away from the building, UberXl from the airport is less than €20.

The sofa in the living room needs some love and cleaning. Issues with paying for the property. The apartment was booked and confirmed in March 2023 with Amex. A week before our arrival, the property started giving us a hard time regarding the payment. After a few days of back and forth, they finally accepted a payment via their website. As well the virtual receptionist is not the kindness.

We liked much the toilet, the bed and smart tv. Location is fine, next to Metro stop, to train station (direct line to Sintra) and easy walk to the city centre.

Auto check in is ok, although I'd prefer one person or like other apartments just the simple code to get the key and no one machine. Too long instructions and it's not so clear in which building is your apartment.This should be indicated in the machine or at least in those long automatic messages with capital letters. We want to underline that the lady cleaning there was very kind and she helped us to find our apartment. Furniture could be better, specially the table, that was old. Other guests were noisy during the night, around 23-00 hours opening and closing doors, speaking very loud at the corridor or at the terrace. So please, write even 2 times in the instructions this fact. Very important that guests let others to rest during the night.

Firm, Good quality beds and Sofa bed was very comfortable too. - extremely powerful aircon which was much appreciated - BRUNAY the staff was a true star and luckily we bumped into her when we were trying to check in! - located on a quiet street which could be even better isolated by the closed windows - Great location and some complementary snacks - some ice cubes left in the freezer, maybe from the last guest?

- slightly stressful computerised check-in in the heat of the lobby, we very luckily bumped into Brunay who happened to be walking by and helped us. - the floors were unfortunately dirty and our feet soles turned quite dirty only a short while after our showers. - people sharing the apartment were playing music until late and then around midnight around 4-5 people started talking very loudly outside of our door.

Very conveniently located. stylish interior. Good room facilities.

Need to climb a steep slope to reach there. Not suitable for very a small child, old people, or people with walking difficulty. Check-in procedure a bit complicated.

We stayed at the apartment for one night before boarding a cruise ship, the room was clean, comfortable and well presented, it was also in a great location

It was hard to find as the address wasn't that clear on the booking and it wasn't easy to access the building, however, once a member of staff turned up at the building, the check in process was great

The location is excellent. So close to everything. Very impressed with the registration and the entry by the code. The whole process was seamless and quick. We needed some clarification with finding the building we booked. There are two buildings. We didn't realize that until we got there. We were lucky the representative was in building #4 and directed us to the next building.

In the confirmation email were two addresses, and we needed to clarify which one was ours: "Hotel/Property Address and Contact Information Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Avenida Studio / One bedroom / One bedroom Superior / Two bedroom - Rua do Telhal, nº 4 1150-346 Lisboa Superior Studio / Deluxe Studio / Premium studio - Rua do Telhal, nº 63 - 1150-345 Lisboa"

The location is very good and the size of the room is decent.

It wasn't too clean, scruff marks on the walls and dirty stains, the towels had holes and the cleaning was very poor.

Checkin process is complex and lengthy. Better to do the checkin in advance via mobile/laptop and not via the automatic kiosk located in the location

The room was comfortable, well equipped kitchen, good selection of TV channels, having a balcony was nice. Cleanliness was upto expectation. Overall was a pleasant stay. Thanks!

It was confusing to find the property as there are 2 buildings, it should be explained in the email. The elevator was not working the first evening until the next morning, it was inconvenient as my wife is pregnant and she had to climb the stairs. Air conditioning does not work properly as well.

Easy to check in, good location, kitchen was well equipped, liked that the sofa bed could be separated which was good for the kids. An ALDI was very close which was handy. Metro and train station were close. I think it is a good value for money and considering my experience with the general state of the city this flat was good. I would stay here again. Other comments mentioned the problem with the check in but it was simple, easy and convenient for us.

Washing machine was outside the appartment and shared between two. The dryer did not dry anything despite trying several modes and used for hours. The buttom of the iron was very dirty leaving marks on our clothes. The water was not warm enough but managable.
