The view was beautiful, the location was great with restaurants and multiple beaches nearby. The pool access was so easy with the pool bar as a bonus. Because it was a smaller boutique hotel, it was so easy to get to the pool, there were always chairs available, it was small and a bit more cozy than a big resort. I loved this. It was so nice to go to the beach easily for the morning, then come back to the pool in the afternoon.

I thought the reception and check in could have been a bit more robust. I would have liked to receive more information about the area, restaurants, things to do etc. I just received the key and was told about breakfast. I had to ask all the questions and given the location and what there is nearby, I thought there could have been more of a welcome. Even by way of a package with info.

Great location to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops and even the supermarket. Great swimming pool and surrounding area. This is a new and modern hotel with friendly helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and the next time I am in Sagres, I will be staying here again.

There is nothing I didn’t like about this place. If I had to mention something, it was that the shower water pressure wasn’t good. Also if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room facing away from the street.

Breakfast was so disappointing. For a boutique hotel of this standard the breakfast in the basement. An absolut no go. You could bring your tray upstairs but the staff were very unfriendly. Choice of breakfast very limited considering the price of the rooms. Not in keeping with the way the hotel presented itself.

The room met my expectations - it was quiet, well-appointed, and yet very close to both the town center and the beach, with several good food choices within a 5-minute walk. The pool has an exceptional view of the ocean.

I was satisfied with everything about the room and the hotel.

We loved every thing about the place including the big clean room, with the lovely sea view, balcony, the infinity pool, the proximity to the beach and to the local restaurants. Bonus substantial options for breakfast which you can take to the seaview restraurant to eat. Overall fab!

Nothing not to like.

We had a view overlooking the ocean and pool. It was extraordinary. We easily parked out front of the facility. We walked to dinners. The continental breakfast was very nice and easy. Loved it and would stay there again!

This sounds crazy, but we could have used a larger trashcan. The only one in the unit was a very small one in the bathroom.

The place was fantastic. You can surely get cheaper option but then you are giving up on a very nice swimming pool, a really good breakfast, polite and helpful staff... the place was also spotless. I will definitely come back.

The hotel has also a very nice restaurant with a beautiful terrace. However they send you to have your breakfast on the basement. There are no windows. I understand the breakfast is included and the restaurant has to make money. But it is a little bit like “ey! You can get your free breakfast, but then you have to go to the hole”. I rather pay less money and have the option to eat upstairs.

The location was amazing - we arrived late at night, but woke up right next to the beach! The room had everything we needed, and the kids found the loft beds to be a very exciting place to sleep. We were there in February, so couldn’t fully enjoy the pool area, but looked like an incredible spot to hang out in warmer weather!

The location is just perfect, just above Mareta Beach, with amazing views of the sea. The decor is beach-house simplicity which we love. The room and balcony were extra spacious and also offered amazing views. The pool area has plenty of loungers and even in August was quiet,. We are regular visitors to Sagres and whilst we usually spend the majority of our trips in rental homes, we often start our stay in a hotel - this is one we will definitely return to on our next visit to Sagres.

Lots of reviews mention the breakfast - it is preselected, simple and continental style but as long as this what you expect, it's not disappointing. Also, the tray can be taken to the restaurant upstairs, no need to eat in the basement if you don't like it!

The view from the room and balcony was amazing. The place was extremely clean. The hotel pool was perfect. It is not a luxurious hotel but with the view of endless ocean - there is nothing else you need. I wished we stayed longer.

There is no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs ourselves. But such a minor thing to stay in such an amazing place.
