Excellent breakfast, excellent location

What was a complete let down and did hamper our holiday, we had no balcony ( maybe my fault ) . They said, they stated it at the booking 🤷‍♀️. There’s only one floor, the 9 th all rooms have no balcony . There air conditioning wasn’t up to par and it was quiet uncomfortable at night . I never complain, ever . However I feel this is such an important factor that it should be really highlighted when booking as it will affect your enjoyment of your holiday .

Overall the staff were professional, efficient and approachable. Extremely helpful and empathetic - I had had just sustained a muscle injury to my left knee, the restaurant staff kindly reserved a table for us close to the buffet bar to facilitate my access. Location was excellent close to the marina and the beach. We requested a twin room which was kindly granted the beds were extremely comfortable, facilities clean and friendly accommodating housekeeping staff. Overall a most relaxing holiday in an excellent location facilitated by professional staff with high standards and work ethics, Well done

Fabulous Breakfast, lots of fresh fruit and great buffet. staff were very attentive and helpful. Our bedroom was clean and if we needed cleaning would be done daily. Location to Marina was quite good. Pool was lovely and always lots of sunbeds available and trees in garden for shade. just opposite hotel lots of very good restaurants.

we were offered to tick box for a loyalty card for reducion and bar etc, I felt I had to say discount every time and it would be better to have a little card which you could show when paying that you had signed up for discount, Otherwise everything was great

Nice hotel with attentive staff and close to everything Inc the beach and the marina. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby

No fault of the hotel but if you get a pool view room be prepared for noisy late nights as the outside bar and entertainment goes on til late and guests were often still sat around at 3am making plenty of noise while having fun. Just go for a city view if you want to sleep with quiet surroundings

Very clean. Excellent service and excellent staff. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Whatever was asked of them was always done with a smile. Breakfast was good. Good choice. Catering for a lot of people at breakfast is always difficult. I thought that Dom Pedro did very well. Lots of fruit and cheese. Choice of pastries. Choice of eggs, bacon etc. I would definitely return again and be happy to visit any Dom Pedro hotel based on my experience.

Perfect location to everywhere, not much longer than 10 minutes cab journey to other restaurants and walking distance to the Marina. Clean everyday, cleaners did a great job. Staff all very helpful. pool was lovely and spacious, plenty of sunbathing space.

The only 2 things that didn’t make this property 10/10 were terrible sausages, they were chorizo type ones at breakfast (please source real ones)and the butter being rock hard that it didn’t spread. Minor negatives but would really make a difference.

Great sea view room - decor a little dated but everything spotlessly clean. Bed was comfy although the pillows are rather strange… like they’re filled with air! All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Don’t think you should be charged to use the safe in the room - think that’s a little excessive and should be included in the cost of the room.

Great location, wonderful staff. We went all inclusive and it was great value for money. From check in onwards, it really felt very relaxed yet professional. We made use of the spa treatments which were excellent!

The only thing is having to always wear wrist bands for the all inclusive - should just be able to use room key as ID. It didn’t spoil our stay though.

location was excellent, staff were lovely as were everyone one we spoke to locally. felt like a very safe area. Pool side entertainment was good fun and wasn’t for too long so didn’t disturb you all day if you didn’t want to get involved.

The lifts are very busy at breakfast time and never seemed like they were all working. Air Con in one of our rooms was not working properly but we should have just reported it earlier to staff and they would have sorted it. our own fault really.

We were upgraded to a lovely suite! The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and there was excellent choice! The location and the grounds of the hotel are also great One of the receptionists were extremely friendly, kind and helpful.

We were only told that we had to pay an additional €10 to use the spa when we tried to enter. The shower is the spa didn’t work well at all. There were no private showers in the spa and at one stage there were 10 people using the spa facilities at once so it was hard to get a chance to try out everything.
